So this year our drumline did finding King Tut. And keep in mind this is also only our third season back from not performing (indoor that is) and we got first place at championships. Granted it was a few weeks ago, but it was amazing. The only thing that made your victory any better was that we have this one cymbal player who let's face it: sucks. He kept screwing up on multiple occasions. The part that he messed up that I remember the most vividly was when the WHOLE DRUM LINE had to do this visual/vocal where we wave your arms in the air screaming "Ay Oh Ay Oh" and everyone did it EXCEPT him. And yet through his blunders we still won. I have to say, it feels amazing.
