If you would like to be a captain of a squad, talk to shadow and i will let him tell you if you can be a captain or not.
here is the list of the squads and the names of the captain of the squad (please note that if you are given permission to be a captain, you dont have to go by the name that is posted here. and no one but shadow, if he chooses, can be captain of squad 1.)

Komamura Sajin
8th Division Captain:
Kyouraku Shunsui
9th Division Captain:
Tousen Kaname
10th Division Captain:
Luna Knight (silverfox1592)
11th Division Captain:
Zaraki Kenpachi (Taiki Yuuto)
12th Division Captain:
Kurotsuchi Mayuri
13th Division Captain:
Ukitake Juushiro

vice captains and other ranks will be appointed by the captain of that squad. once assigned to a squad. you may not change to a different squad unless the captain of the squad requests for the change.
