As of today, my ticker says 3 weeks 3 days. OMG!! gonk
So, the most important aspect(to me at least) has been my dress. Some of you know about my ultimate quest and how I eventually settled on an ebay knock-off. Well, it came in about a month ago and while the construction was great, I thought the dress looked weird. So, I took it to my ex-boss for alterations. So, since she knew me and knew about what I wanted, it was easy, but I didn't have any of my underthings yet, so we decided to wait on getting anything done until I had them. So, later much fighting and searching and extra fees, I finally got them all in last week. I was having serious problems with my corsetier and ended up having to get another one because the first wasn't going to be in in time for fittings, maybe not even for the wedding itself. Anyway, so, I went in on Saturday with all the shapers and everything on and OMG!!! It looks so great! The only things that need to be done are (A)get the corset back put in like I wanted in the first place; (B)have the roses in the back re-positioned because they're not like they're supposed to be; (C) get some crinoline layers put in since the dress has none and it needs to be a bit fuller. I am so excited! I had no idea I would love this dress so much!

Please excuse how ugly I look.
So, things we still have to do are:
Rent the tuxes
Write the ceremony
Rent a limo
Meet with the DJ
Contact the photographer with specifics
Figure out my veil situation
And one thing I need your help on.
I still need to finalize my bouquet, but I need some help figureing out which kind of lilies I want. I would prefer to get the really full, pretty(think funeral-style) Calla lilies, but I don't know if mainstream florists really do those anymore. Any suggestions?
Also, I'll post more photos as I get them.
