Lockhart Manor If you think the front yard is odd, you should see what they've got out back. Alright, so maybe there aren't peacocks strutting all over the place like at the Malfoy's..... (Gilderoy's taking his tea at St. Mungo's again) .....but the UFO in the backyard makes up for it. The Lockhart family owns over eighty acres of sprawling English countryside, framed by a thick forest, which makes it hard to tell what exactly is causing those weird lights and noises. If I were you, I wouldn't go look. The only thing they could find of the last guy was his pants. Picture&Description by Cassy.

*Was in the kitchen, innocently making breakfast for his family, when Godfrey's scream reached him*
*Jumps, dropping the heavy pan of eggs onto the stove, and turns, running out of the kitchen and not even realizing he'd left the stove on in his panic to run upstairs and save his children from whatever assault was going on... because surely something had to be terribly, terribly wrong for Godfrey to yell like that*
*Sprints up the stairs two, three at a time, his wand held in front of himself and a curse on his lips*
*Dashes down the hallway, and turns into his son's room, only to be ran into by the boy as he was running full speed out of his bedroom, something clenched in his hand*
*Topples backwards onto the floor, reflexively putting an arm around Godfrey and bringing him with*

*Giggles as he falls to the floor with Harry, and then pushes on him so he could sit up, putting his knees on the floor and bouncing up and down on Harry's stomach*
Dad! Dad! Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *Says very quickly and enthusiastically, ignoring how Harry was groaning on the floor from hitting his head on the floor in the hallway*

What? Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? *Reaches up and straightens his glasses, and winces a bit as he tilts his head down to look at his son... he was no longer panicked, since he recognized there was no real danger*

*Blinks, pretty much unable to see anything since the letter and Godfrey's hand was cutting off the light... but he did his best and squinted, trying to read the letters that were far too close to his face*
....... Dear..... Mister...... Potter-Lockhart........ accepted...... into....... Ho.... garths... ? *Can't puzzle out what the letter says*

*Squints some more, able to see even less..... he supposed he'd have to rely on his brain power to puzzle out what the letter said..... so let's see..... accepted into Hogarths.... accepted.... into Ho-garths*
*Light takes a few more minutes to click on*................ Hogwarts? You've been accepted into Hogwarts!? *Grins underneath the parchment, and reaches up to pull Godfrey down and hug him*

*Laughs and wraps his arms around his Dad, grinning what was probably his biggest grin ever, his letter clutched in one of his fists*
I got accepted!!!!! It must be because I've got a wand now! Oh! Oh I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to go to Hogwarts and learn new spells! *Reaches in his pocket, pulling out his wand*
