I, Peter Francis Tierney, (who you may know as "Veggie")
Have been breaking my vegetarian diet rule. A LOT.
I don't know what to do! It's better for me to keep my word and to stay healthy, but... Egg Rolls... Chicken Cacciatore, Buffalo Wings... They're ALL SO GOOD! It's messing with my head! *Angst-out*

I keep a clear concience by only eating meat that I know wasn't tortured/didn't destroy the environment to get on your plate. (So I tend to avoid things like veal and lamb, and a lot of pork products. v_v wink

I like meat and these are the feelings I have regarding them:
I hate cows. When you've spent the majority (meaning 1 or 2 times that you didn't) of your summers on your grandpa's farm filled with cows, both you and your sis got rushed by bulls, and everytime you went on a tractor ride you were assaulted by the smell, you learn to hate cows. His were/are free ranged and used for food. Sometimes I wonder if I'm eating one of his cows.
Pork tastes nasty to me. xp
Chicken: ok in moderate amounts. After a while, it makes me gag.
Sea food is DELICIOUS! Except scallops, they are just weird.
I always get the parts of lamb that have more fat than meat so I don't eat it. I hate eating fat, it's disgusting. ---- I have seen the horror videos on the meat industry, but it didn't really faze me too much. I feel bad for the chickens and the piggies the most though. But it's like when people see 'Super Size Me' they get really paranoid about fast food. When I saw it (in a summer english class) and got out of class, I ate french fries. And after seeing how hot dogs and twinkies were made, I still ate hotdogs (not twinkies though, I don't like twinkies). When my cousin started talking about the digestive system during dinner, the only ones left eating were my other cousin and I.
...I really need to stop with the essay form answers. stare

You can still eat meat once a while and be healthy. You shouldn't worry about that part of it too much. 3nodding
Hmm. A carnivorous vegetable. domokun
