Talbot smiled as he laid himself under a tree not that far from the den he had picked out a while ago. The only difference is that he was sharing it... with a female. Sure before he was scared to death of them. But slowly with the help of Aminali he was over coming it.
And Aminali was the main thing on his mind lately, the female that he ran into that one day and took a liking to right away.
As he laid under the tree his tail flopped around as he daydreamed. A nice cool morning breeze ran over him and he closed his eyes waiting for Aminali to wake up and join him. This was the happiest time of his life and he wasn't going to let anything spoil it. Not even his fears.

Laying on the floor of their den, Aminali yawned and stretched lazily. Everything had been so surreal for her. She opened her eyes slowly and looked around and saw Talbot. Oh yea. She couldn't seem to get over the fact that she wouldn't wake up alone anymore. She had Talbot and Aminali felt so lucky. But she was still surprised that it had happened so fast.
Lifting herself off of the floor, the female walked out of their den and walk towards Talbot. "Hello there." She smiled softly and sat down next to him nuzzling him softly. She tended to sleep later then he did but she felt safe with him around. "What are you up to?" Aminali continued to smile as she leaned against him.

Talbot pushed himself up so he was sitting and smiled to her nuzzle letting her lean on him. He gave off his own soft smile and licked her check. He shook his head tossing the tuff of his hair out of his eyes. "Your so cute in the morning." He smiled happily and licked her cheek.
He shifted back onto his haunches and smiled at her. "Watching the sun rise earlier, I woke up because I though I heard you say my name but I must had been hearing things, so I went back to sleep for a bit. Just now I was waiting for you to wake up." He smiled. "Just like every morning."

Aminali smiled happily and looked off into the distance. Everything seemed just about in order. The female looked back at Talbot continuing to smile. "Haven't I said that you're too kind to me too many times now?" She stuck her tongue playfully at him and nuzzled him once more.
She nodded, "Maybe someday I'll wake up early enough to watch the sunrise." Tilting her head, Aminali didn't know if she talked in her sleep or not but she wouldn't be surprised if she did. "Really? I probably did..." She blushed vividly feeling rather embarrassed but she did like Talbot so much. Every morning... Those words sounded so sweet to her. It was a sense of security and she liked that.

Talbot smiled and licked her cheek again when she nuzzled him. "I'm not too kind, what I say is true and I mean it." He chuckled and nibbled on her neck. "Come and lay down with me." He insisted.
Talbot smiled at her sun rise comment. "It is very nice, but its not fun to wake up and see it, unless you are normally up at this time, other wise its fine." He laughed happily. "I don't know if you do, maybe, like I said, I'm just hearing things, or maybe you did." He looked out at the horizon for a moment obviously he wasn't completely there he was thinking.

Aminali smiled and laid down next to him. She loved having no worries and just spending time with Talbot. Life was so much easier now that she had a companion. No constant worrying about getting attacked or worrying about what to eat that day. As a team, she knew they could conquer anything.
She looked up at the sky thoughtfully. "I guess if you do it more then once, it looses its magic." The wild dog smiled happily and looked at Talbot. "Well, I wouldn't be surprised." Aminali chuckled vividly as she thought about her doing strange things in her sleep.

Talbot Jabez smiled and nuzzled her again as she laid down next to himself. He licked her maw then looked up for a moment before laughing at her comment. "Maybe it does, I still think its not as fun when you wake up as early if your not used to it." He winked at her and pushed himself closer to her. "Who knows?" He laughed

Giggling softly, Aminali continued to lean on Talbot happily. Never did she imagine something like this. Let alone living with another wild dog. It was very strange but she was so happy about all of this. "Perhaps." Aminali stuck her tongue playfully at Talbot and looked out into the distance. This area was beautiful too... For once, she had a place to call home.
"So Talbot, do you have anything planned for today?"

Talbot smirked and leaned over to lick her cheek. He sat up and started to think. "I really don't know. I was thinking about going hunt something down for us... What ever you want to do my dear." He looked at her with a wide grin. He flopped his tail around and nipped at her ear playfully before looking at her with a smirk.

Smiling at Talbot happily, Aminali was clearly enjoying herself this morning. "Alright, you know I'm happy with anything you do, Talbot." She was ever so content with herself but there was one thing missing... Perhaps she would speak with him about this later today. The female nipped at him playfully too as the sun continued to rise above the earth. Days just like this made her so happy.

Talbot smiled softly. "I say hunt, I'll let you wake up a bit first if you want to join me." He nuzzled her neck gently and then looked up at the sky for a moment. "I wouldn't mind sitting here with you all day. Talking, about what ever comes into our minds." He smiled brightly to her and licked her cheek. More family never crossed his mind... but at times he wondered if it was a possiblitly. His mind drifted off slightly with Ideas as he flopped his tail quietly behind him.

There wasn't much going on in her thoughts but Aminali was thinking about Talbot and a possible family. Strange thoughts. "Nor would I, I love just lying here with you and enjoying the day. I hardly got to do this when I was wandering around on my own. I always had to be careful about my environment." She nodded her head softly. Pausing, Aminali looked up at him. "What are you thinking about now?"

Talbot smiled lightly at her, he picked up one of his paws and overlapped it on hers, still looking up. What was he thinking about? Thoughts were wandering around his mind be he wasn't even that sure of what they were. He looked at her. "I'm not that sure." He said telling the truth. "I guess, I'm just daydreaming. You?" He asked in a bit of a teasing voice. He wagged his tail happily behind him.

Nuzzling him affectionately, Aminali thought to herself. Even she wasn't sure what she was thinking about. "I'm... not quite sure either." She giggled softly. "Well, I'm daydreaming too and I've been thinking about some random stuff...." Her voice trailed off as she fell back into her train of though of her own family. "You know... I've never asked but are you close with your family?" Asking him curiously, Aminali realized how little she actually knew about him. As far as she was concerned, she was crazy about him.

Talbot chuckled. "Well then we both just have our head in the clouds." He smirked, before her question hit his ears. He looked up and sighed slightly. "Well. I do belive I told you that I was left with females to take care of me before I ran away... I really didn't know my family. My aunts and uncles only cared about me because they could use me. My mother and siblings died givig birth. And my father, well I was close with him but he died before I really could bond." His voice trailed slightly. "You?"
