 Mel yawned getting up from his afternoon nap and decided to poke fun at his twin Chiku....thinking what he would do today, deciding not to pick on him Mel decided to go to a pretty flower patch, he was hoping to some catnip, or chase after butterflies.....

 Chiku yawned and got out of the moss bedding and looked at his brother and wondered what his twin was thinking,"Ok, dear brother what are you thinking, I'm warning you, no tricks!" He kinda huffed up and swated at Mel, causing them both to laugh in a playful manner.

Chiku smiled upon hearing of a new flower patch but got annoyed at finding his twin wanted catnip."That stuff doesn't make you jump higher,it just makes you more hyper,"like I need anymore of that. sighing he gave in and let his twin take him down a way he hadn't been to before.'Humm, maybe I can find something good there....it might be interesting...'

Mel internally smiled and thought, 'That was easy.' He didn't notice the paw coming down on his head. "OUCH!"

"Hey, get back here!" Mel retorted, in mock-anger, nevertheless running after him to accept his challenge. His tone turned quickly teasing. "You'll get lo~ost!"

Chiku skidded to a stop. Where was he going? He almost failed to notice the paw coming down for his head. At the last minute, he swerved.

Mel's paw hit dirt. "No fair!" he pouted.
But suddenly, all that didn't matter. (Did it matter, to begin with?) They were there.

Bright pink flowers with white tips. Medium-sized blue flowers that would look purple in a certain light. Fluffy yellow flowers. Tiny white blossoms. Chiku was indeed happy. He ran into a patch of pink flowers and just hid there. He really liked the big ones. They were fun! But truth be told, his favorites were the little white ones. For, they had the most pleasant smell.

Mel scowled, disappointed. "I didn't find catnap! Chiku? What are you doing?" he asked his brother, who was acting strangely.

Mel looked around but couldn't seem to find anything of interest. He huffed and scowled at Chiku, who appeared to be enthralled. "WHAT prey!?" Mel replied, exaccerabated.
