Alone again, so alone, "Where am I?" not a good place, the air smelled like blood, fresh blood, and she had since wandered away from her friend Kijani who had kept her company for a few nights before Kija had to return home to someone she cared for. Someone she cared for, someone Ishi'hiari wished she had as well. Flicking her tail she murmured to herself as her paranoia was peeking, she stepped down with as single paw, it feeling wet she nearly gagged at the sight of crimson on her paws.

Oh no...

She looked forward and saw something, someone, and heard a terrible crunching noise, so, so terrible.

"What have we here? Well, well well, someone lost on heir way? Pity pity you had to come this way now huh?" she grinned, ripping at the bone between her paws, relishing in the scent and sound of bones crushing under the power of her jaw. "You shouldn't be alone on a night like this, no, no, no, not safe for one like you, not when there is such a killer about," the red lioness grinned a wicked grin that gleamed in the night.

"Woudln't you say you should have gone by now? Should have run already, too late though, too, too late for one like you."

"W-wh," she couldn't bring herself to talk, she was stunned, stopped by fear, stopped by silver hues that stared into her very being, her very soul She gulped, watched the female before her, female for the fact no mane was present, and too large for any other species Ishi had ever heard of, not a goddess either...if they did exist.

"I-I didn't mean to come this way, please..." she took a step back as if retreating would help her. Could she get away now?

"No, no, where do you think you are going huh?" Rellik pushed herself to her paws and gazed at the bright pelted female before her. "Well, well, you think you can get away after crossing my scent here, this scent, this glorius scent of life come to an end? Well now, don't you think youre lucky, though you aren't that lucky, no, elss there were cubs but no..you're alone, so very alone."

She grinned, took a step. Truth be told if this other female was carrying cubs, or had youngins, she might let her go, to be abadoned by a mother at a young age Rellik knew all too well.

Cubs? no she had no cubs, but she gulped, tried to think of something to say but nothing would work. This female was smart, very smart and Ishi figured this striped menace would think of something to counteract anything she would say. "I did not mean to, your scent this place is yours, I understand, but please, I'm just on my way to try adn find those I lost...please..."

She was begging, probably sounded pitiful, but what else could she do, what else? She grimaced as she stepped back, felt more crimson blood seep onto her paw, a lifeless shell on the ground not too far away.

"Lost?" Rellik stopped, tilted her head like a curious cub to know the meaning behind this females words. "I know what its like, to lose and be lost, what do these others have to do with you, or is it a lie?" she snarled at the thought of it, "I do not take kindly to lies my dear, so tred cautiously now, I can kill more in one night, I swear it, and it would not bother me to a tee at all,."

Flicking her tail Rellik raised her head high, awaited for an answer that she wanted to get adn demanded that she got, she was in charge here, this female would do as she said if she wanted to live.

Ishi'hiari still took a step back, but stopped her movement when the other female's voice cross with her ears. Her ears fell back in worry, and she tried to gather her thoughts, it was hard truly, but why wouldn't it be when her life was on the line now? "My family," she said softly, in a nervous shaking voice, "I-I don't know where they are, where they went, I've been loking but...I don't know..."

She didn't know anymore, didn't know where to go or look, and she sighed a the thought. What did she have to go on for now, what? Could she truly be part of something in this world, or would it just pass her by and kick her into dust? Into nothingness.

Rellik raised a brow and snarled, "Pathetic, you let them get away? Have yo not tried hard enough? Seems so, are they aviding you? What have you done, if the killer was to do her deeds once again this night, would she be doing justice as well as indulgence? Hmm, hmm?" She was speaking in tongues but the fury in her blood was raging her closer and closer to striking out at the cowering female.

She smiled, relished in the feeling that she was overpowering this other, creating the sense of fear that she could almost taste wafting in the air.

Oh yes, lovely.

Ishi'hiari felt ashamed and bowed her head somewhat, eyes focused on the ground, she dug and rubbed her right paw into the soil o try adn get the blood off of it, it was strange on her paws,s he didn't like it at all, perhaps this was why she didn't like hunting, preferred fishing and gabbing small meals where she could. Scavenging, more or less, but at least if left out the messy part.

"I've tried, to no avail, but I've tried...I'm still trying, to find my way, its why you should leave me be, just leave me be..." she said softly closing her eyes, wishing, wanting, wanting to run away adn disappear.

"Leave you be, ha! You've trespassed where your paws do not belong, you've come to where you should never have gone, what makes you think I'll let you go? What on earth could you say to me that would deter me from ripping out your throat and basking in the glory of your last gasping breaths?" she saided with a growl, taking an advancing step towards the small female, smaller then she anyhow.

She didn't seem like she knew how to fight or defend herself, what a waste, females should know how to be strong nad live true to themselves and not depend on others if they could help it.

What could she say, what could she say? She shook her mind about, trying to pieve things together, but what could she say really? She was alone, on her own, surviving, but on her own, "I'm trying, to get by, trying to survive, I am learning, would you take a life of one who is trying to make their way into the world on their own? Surviving on their own? Would you?"

Would it work, would it work? Perhaps, she hoepd so, her breath hitched in her throat as she stood, waited, did not retreat anymore, whatever came was to come, and that was that.

Surviving on her own? Well, well, perhaps this small female was not as weak and feeble and not useful as Rellik ahd supposed. She flicked her tail, wondered what to do, take another life, indulge, or take a break, go back to the others, what then, what? Arching a brow and scrunching up her nose she turned from the bright female, glanced voer ehr shoulder, "Youa re safe for now I suppose, do not give up on your hopes, keep true to yoruself and your strength...learn to fight and protect yourself, that is key. For if we cross paths again in unhappy terms...I do not believe it will end as well as this night."

With that she strode off towards the group of others. How long would she stay with them before finding somewhere where she truly fit, where?

Ah well, she rolled her shoulders as she walked on, another night gone, though one life still alive not fallen to the killer,

For a monent Ishi'hiari could not believe it, she was alive and unscathed. She thanked theg ods for allowing her to walk away from such an ordeal, btu she took into mind the words the killer lioness had said. yes, perhaps she could be stronger, survive in a better fashion, only time would tell now.

She gazed up at the stars then, smiled as one seemed to bolt across the sky like a fleeing antelope. Yes, tomorrow would be a new day, such a new day it would be.
