L looked over at Skate. "Skate, could you go check on Bells? She's up on the roof..." he said. Skate, once again, was hunched over his laptop. The sound of L's voice snapped him back into reality. He shut his laptop. "Sure, L, why not..." he said.


Hiro chuckled. "Benjimen and Bells, sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S--"

Without moving his lips, Skate hissed, "Shut it, Hiro, or no butterschotch for you..."

Skate watched her as he walked into the rain, silently. He blushed a bright red as he said, "Come on in, Bells, you're getting soaked out here." He took off his own jacket and put it around her shoulders.

Skate sat down next to her. "Hear what, I-Bells," he said, almost giving himself away. He stared off to where her eyes were, seeing nothing, hearing nothing, as if he was deaf and blind.

Skate smiled. "It's okay, Bells. It's a nice, refreshing rain. Sooths the soul, actually..." he said, blushing, and looking up.

"Yeah, we should," said Skate. He stood up, and shook his matt of hair like a dog. He then held out a hand to Bells.

Hiro walked over to Ryoii. "This is absolutly tickling, ain't it, Ryoii?" he asked.

"What do they sound like?" asked Skate as they walked inside.

"Awe, man," said Hiro....

Skate's dirty blond hair made water run down his face. His boots also made shishy noises as they walked inside. He was silent for a while. "Bells." he said suddenly. "KInda like bells..." His clothes were dripping with water.

Hiro raised his eyebrows at this. I wonder what he means by that...he thougt.
