So, as some of you may know, I do some volunteering a couple times a week. Well, I was volunteering yesterday, and there were a couple kids who came in to where I was, and they were hanging out and talking, and one kid kept calling the other kid "Sim" and something that sounded like "Simp" (for those who don't know, "simp" is a shortened version of "simpleton", and is not a nice thing to call a person).

So I was sitting there, wondering what on earth this kid's name really was, 'til him mom came in and called him by what I can only assume is his full first name - Simian.

For those who don't know, here is dictionary.com's definition of "simian":

I felt so bad for him...after I was done trying not to bawl out laughter. What a horrendous name for a kid!

So, what are some names you have heard or can think of that would be horrible names to give a kid?

My dad said he went to school with someone named Harry Pecker or something along those lines xD

OMG theres a girl tht my mom knows whos little girls name is Apple i mean who names their kid after a fruit . thts the only one i got right now

Well, to be fair, maybe the Simian kid's name was spelled "Cimien" or something like that, but it sounded like "Simian" 0.o

That's just wrong 0.o

Nicholas Cage named his kid something funky, too...can't remember what it was, but it was something from a comic book whee

my friends name is arson. rolleyes

lexus and mercedes are HORRIBLE names.
no one should be named after a car.
years ago it was only stripper pet names.
now, there are actually a few people with those names on the birth certificate

yea. the fact that stripper names have become real names is really bothersome.

they just scream "white trash"
