Area 21-2 -> Main Level
Main LevelThis is the main access level for the Area 21-2 Facility. An ID Card of any level will grant you access to this most basic of areas.  Main Level Medium Security Alert. Titan System Offline.
Inhuman, Superhuman, Abnormal, and any other special power of biological origin can not be used on this level while the Titan System is active. LGHTNRGY and DRKNRGY are completely null, Werewolfs and Vampires cannot transform, or anything else that normal humans would not be capable of.

I have been vacationing in the tropics... This Labcoat doesn't allow for much tanning so I had to work on that...
