This is where you will find important information on all Legendary Pokemon Released to the public by the Organization.
(Especially important regarding the roleplay, this information is Key if you intend on joining any roleplay with a Legendary Pokemon in your Possession.)
-The Organization is a highly secretive group of individuals dedicated to studying rare and Legendary Pokemon.
-Of course, most other information about the Organization, it's alignment, members, whereabouts and motives remain, a mystery.
-Any change in status to these Pokemon will be updated on this form, and will be vital for future care of your Pokemon.
-A weekly/monthly report may be requested by myself regarding your Pokemon, it is of the utmost importance that I am replied to promptly.

A Documented Report on Baby Mew:

Name: Mew
Age: About three months old
Estimated date of Birth: February 18th or 19th, 2008
History: The Pokemon Mew is very mysterious. Its DNA is said to possess the genetic composition of all existing Pokémon species, thus allowing it to learn all known Pokémon techniques. Because it is so young, this Mew does not yet know any battling skills besides the ability to form a bubble of psychic energy, which serves to both protect, and cushion and also provides amusement.
Any existing Mews are powerful because of their age, and Legendary only because there are so little in existence. With time, power is gained, but for this Mew, it would be as if you were training a new starter Pokemon, it's powers have not yet been developed and honed. When learning it's skills, one must remember it is just a baby, and might act a bit clumsy when preforming anything new.(Therefore it is fair to use it in the roleplay, but not as an all powerful creature.)
Background: One Mew, a female, was under close watch by a secret organization. To their surprise, the female had attracted yet another; (to the organization's knowledge there was only one documented Mew in existence, this was a shock.) a mysterious purplish male. Soon, the two went missing for a period of time, and months later, a small baby Mew was seen with them.
Again, they went missing..and a brash young member of the organization, moved closer to the Mew's territory to investigate, finding only, the small baby Mew..alone. He watched the infant for hours, which turned into a day, and then when night fell..and still there was no sign of the parents. He stepped in and took the baby into his care.
Bringing the baby back to the organization, it was decided, that an outside party would be the best to raise this youngster, (under the watchful eye of the Organization of course) this way it would not be under the scrutiny of scientists and would be raised with other Pokemon. Hence the auction.
Personality: By nature, Mew is known to be a playful and kind Pokémon. This Mew is very mischievous, though sometimes seems wistful and sad as if it misses it's parents. Very much a baby, it still nurses from a bottle, cries, and needs lots of sleep and attention, from both it's trainers and other Pokemon.
Abilities (So far):
-Teleportation/Telekenesis: Not yet mastered, Mew can teleport itself very short distances (two to three feet or so), or things to it, such as toys, bottles, ect.
-Hovering: Not yet able to fly, Mew can hover in the air for a few seconds at a time, or over short distances.
-Psychic Energy: In the form of small to medium sized (an inch to 3 feet or so.) colorful bubbles. Mew will use it to sleep on, as protection, or to catch itself when it falls, or even to play with. Mew hasn't yet used it for battling but that may be possible.
-Metronome: Very undeveloped and not yet confirmed (it wouldn't be advisable to count on this ability in a battle), it is believed that this Mew has the ability to use any Pokemon skill..as in dire circumstances or when it was angry or upset, small things happen. One instance was when Mew was upset over not getting a toy it wanted, flames burst from it's mouth, in what could only be described as the skill 'flamethrower'. Another such instance was, yet again when the Pokemon was upset not being able to remain in the tub, bubbles shot forth from every direction..either the ability 'bubble' or 'bubblebeam' it is still uncertain.
