Houndour sat in the tall grass, it's thick brissles brushed up against him as the wind blew by. He had a small headache that was pounding against his skull which caused him to relax under the night's sky. He couldn't do anything and barely had enough thought left in him to move to a cooler place in the grass. Relief was what he needed, but from his headache or something more? Something had been bothering him that he just couldn't get off his mind. So he waited. He waited in the field for a couple of days, for someone to come along. Someone in particular.

Mushu was walking through the feilds with Flute behind him for once, he was in charge of where they where going as she was tired. He was also wondering on how Houndour took the news when he told him that he way gay.
Half alseep and grumbling she wanted to stop and go to sleep. "Can we please rest?" She questioned him. Not waiting for his answer she laid downs and fell asleep.
Noticing that she wasn't behind him anymore, he looked around to where she was. He quickly found her sleeping in the grass, not wanting to bother her he looked around a bit more to see what all was in the area. And his eyes quickly met the sight of a familier ulaya.

Houndour hear the soft sounds of someone near him, for it was pitch quiet at the moment. He turned his head to look for who it was when he saw a Siamese colored Ulaya looking back at him. Perking up his ears with the familiar sight he stood up and walked over towards him, realizing that flute was again with him. As he got closer he noticed that she had fallen asleep on the ground beside Mushu. Shaking his head at her, Houndour finally reached his previous companions and greeted them with a nod.

Mushu nodded back, and smiled. "How have you been since we last seen eachother?" He asked out of cousity. Mianly still wnating to know how Houndour handled the fact that he was gay. He then glanced back at Flute, the toards Houndour again. "She fell alseep if it isn't that obvious." He said with a bit of a laugh.

Houndour let out a slight laugh at his comment, he was unsure how to react to him being at his situation. He never thought about a gay Ulaya before and now that he has encountered one he found himself on edge but it was a comfortable situation at the same time. Houndour realized that his headache was still pondering and he placed his rump down on the cool ground. "I've been doing well, getting a little time to myself. Been trying to get rid of this headache for the past day though." He squinted his eyes at the pressure and then placed a paw upon his head, as if to shield the migraine from getting to his friend.

Mushu knew quite about headaches, as he tended to follow one who could easily give one a headache. "I get headaches often, have you tried sitting somewhere quiet and not think about anything and relax until it's gone? Becuase that's what works for me, when I actually get to relax somewhere. Instand of following her around everywhere." He said with a quick laugh.

"Yeah, that's why I was out here." He put his paw back down and rolled onto his back so the wet ground from the dew could cover his fur. He sighed and looked up at the sky as a darkened cloud passed over head. "It's so peaceful out here." He started to loose himself into the stars above, it seemed like having someone to talk to that wouldn't judge him differently was a relief.

Mushu nodded, then looked up at the stars too. "It is, if Flute never would have fell asleep I would never have spotted you and we wouldn't be having this conversation at all probably. I would say it's fate, but that would be akward as i'm gay and I belive you are straight. And I really don't want to make thing more akward then what they already are.

Houndour fell silent for in reality he was starting to ponder his own sexuality ever since their first meeting. He didn't really say anything at all, just rolled over and watched Flute sleep. "It's amusing how should could just pass out at a moment's notice." He was trying to change the subject but knew that his constant re-thinking of himself was the original cause of his headache and really wanted it to go away, by any means possible. It was just worrying him how that means would be.

Looking over at Flute he just shrugged. "It's not really that amusing to me anymore, she does this all the time actually. The only time she will go to sleep is when she does pass out, because she never will try and rest on her own. She wants to keep going and going, to explore around." He said hoping that made sense to others then just him.

He indeed understand what he was talking about for Akumu wasn't the easiest Ulaya to get along with either but since she was Yin's sex toy he had to tolerate her. His bobbed tail jumped when an idea came into his head and he sat up onto his elbows. "We should go back to that watering hole, I think it would relax my mine more to watch it." He really was making an attempt to get Mushu on his own, but he didn't know what he was going to do after that, all of this was completely new to him. He had never followed what he wanted to really do before.

Mushu wondered why Houndour wanted to go back to the watering hole, since it would be quite a walk away. "But it's quite a walk away from here, and I can't just leave Flute alone." He said with a worried voice glancing back at hers.

"Oh, I guess so." He looked down at the grass for a moment and began to fiddle with a stone that had been laying next to his foot. "I guess I'm so used to being in my pack that I don't have to worry about leaving someone alone." He really didn't think that far for some reason, his mind was currently on one track and everything else was just in the way of what he was thinking about. "So what have you two been up to since we last met?" He tried to find a simple conversation so he could change the subject.

He thought to himself for a second. "Well, we have just been wandering around looking for new things. And that's just about it, nothing really exciting has happend since we last met." He said as he remembered how boring it was.

Laughing again he began to wonder if Flute would think the same thing of their travels and then turned his attention back to his stone. Looking into it's gray and dirty feature he suddenly blurted something out that he had intended to ask in his mind. "How did you know you were gay?" He just sat there, he couldn't believe he actually asked that out loud. He tried to keep his face from turning red and kept his eyes on the rock that was starting to drive into the ground with his constant fiddling.
