These are the guild rules, enforced by the crew and, followed by you.

1.) absolutely no cybering! this is not a place for you to get your fix of roleplay porn and it will not be tolerated. If caught, you willl be banned from the guild and you will be reported to Gaias moderators.
Things such as roleplaying a peeping tom in the hotsprings is fine but, keep it appropriate.

2.) no Godmodding- Godmodding is when a character roleplays in such a way to make themselves undefeatable. here is an example:

Quote:
frank took every atrack straight on. then pulling the numerous spears from his chest he lopped off Jill's head with his mighty axe!

Godmodding will not only get the person your roleplaying with angry it will also get the crew very annoyed.

3.) no autohits- autohitting is when you put in a post that your attack hit. In a post, one should describe the ATTEMPT to make a hit, an example follows:

The wrong way
Jill deftly threw a spear into Frank

the right way
Jill deftly threw her spear aiming for Frank's chest

4.) Listen to the crew- If a crew member says not to do something, you need to obey thier instructions. If you think that a crew member is in the wrong then politely bring it up to the crew who is questioning you so that they may explain it to you. If you still feel like you have been wronged then pm another crew or "Sakabato Kumori" so that they may mediate the issue.

5.) Do not make frivilous threads- Please don't make a thread in the main forum without permission from a crew member. Feel free to make threads in the chat forum but please keep the main forum clear unless it is urgent.

6.) post in an understandable way- prefered posting style should make your characters words by in quotation ("hello!"), thier thoughts italicized and thier actions plain. However, as long as they are easily distinguished, post as you see fit.
If you are roleplaying with an NPC (non-playable character) please post thier words in another color so that other roleplayers can tell the difference. Once again, feel free to follow your own format, as long as it is easy for others to understand.

7.) once you've read the rules- since you listened and read the front page and the rules you should know that you need to include a codeword with your request to join our guild. That codeword is "Ameratsu". If you do not include the codeword into your join request, then your join request will be denied (We're talking about your guild membership application here---the codeword is the thing that will get you your membership in the guild. So even if you have said you've read the rules, you still won't get into the guild unless you put the codeword in).

8.) Be self motivated- Don't just stand there waiting for something to happen to your character, go out and do something! Go fight a beast terrorizing a village, go pick a fight with another character or go do a cannonball is the women's hotspring, go beat the tar out of a peeping tom...try to create your own scenario whenever possible. Granted, this is more good advice rather than a rule.

9.)no techniques taken directly out of shows/books (eg water bending, henge no jutsu, kamehameha, etc.), create your own techniques or make a general description of it. It's fine to be inspired by such things, just don't uses the specifics.
