I think the "guitar grip" was a bad idea, IMO, they should have made a miniature guitar neck that just extends from the side of the DS.

A makeshift representation of what I think GH:OT should have been like. I realize this setup would be very inconvenient and harder to hold for people who like to walk around/stand up and play, though. Still, at least it'd vaguely resemble a guitar... I think the guitar grip takes the spirit of the guitar out of it... would you play an actual guitar like that if you could?
