Im playing an acoustic set this Saturday at my town's monthly art festival. Just asking if you think this set would be good.
"Wonderwall" by Oasis "Last Kiss" by Pearl Jam "Simple Man" by Lynerd Skynerd "Story Of My Life" by Social Distortion "About A Girl" by Nirvana "How To Dissaper Completely" by Radiohead "Hate Me" Original (An angry sounding song) "Bandana's And Punk Shirts" Original (A love song I wrote for my girlfriend's birthday) "Sixteens The New Dying Age" Original (A song about who hard life as a teen is)
Tell me what you think. Also what order would be good?

that's not a fair question to ask, if we havent heard your music how are we supposed to respond as to how to arrange it?

I'm a big fan of the covers you're doing, would like to see the videos of your performance, but with originals maybe you could post a demo or something? Like a myspace, or something? We're all musicians here, we could give some helpful feedback.

But on the subject of order, I'd probably start with Nirvana, something familiar. Than I would do your angry hatred song to show your ferocity, story of my life after that, next your original love song somewhere in the middle, last kiss and simple man covers, the radiohead song, your teen angst ballad, and round it off with the oasis wonderwall, because that song rocks the acoustics.
Yeah, overall you grab attention, entertain the audience, move the audience, kick the audience's asses, and then show them who they are dealing with.
