(( Those participating so far: Acheron, Kalosyni, Chione, Endymion... ))
"Come on, sleepy heads." He chuckled softly as he leaned down to nose the foals that had spent the cool spring night curled up next to one another. It was good to see that they seemed to get along... Almost like he and his sister, and not at all like he and his brother.
They had come out of their baskets with wobbling legs and now they could run along easily in the clearing, chasing after one another playing silly games. Their gait was steady enough that they should be able to make the trip down to the beach... But not without visiting Grandmother Eirini first, as he'd promised Kalosyni they would.
His little nose wrinkled as he shifted, lifting his head to look up into the large, dark eyes of his father. His own eyes went wide as he leaned back, trying not to snuffle. "Y'too close, Dah. Too clooose."

She'd gone down to the little stream they'd stopped near and came back just in time to see Acheron waking up the little ones. She laughed softly at her son and shook her head. "You know if you stand over them like that Chione's never going to get up and we'll be late."
It still brought a smile to her face to see Acheron and the foals, their foals, together.
She lifted her head and stared at the side of her daddy's knee. Tucking her wings over her head she pretended she was still asleep. Five more minuets, that was it, then she'd get up and they could go do whatever it was they were going to go do.

He snorted softly as he leaned down to take hold of Endymion's tail, giving it a light tug. "I'll show you too close..." He laughed before stepping back. "Come on... Wouldn't want to miss seeing your mother's mother, would you?"
"Hey!" He turned his head, butting his nose lightly against his father's, careful not to poke him with his horn. "S'not nice." His nose wrinkled again as he stood up, leaning down to nose at his sister's wings. "C'mon, sleepy head."

"Now boys...play nice" She laughed as she walked over and leaned down to nudge at Chione's side. "Princesses get to sleep in, not little angels."
Her wings tightened on her head at her brother's nosing. It almost worked until her mother nudged her and she flopped onto her side. "Ack! Not fair..." She scrambled a bit with her wings and legs until she could get the latter under her and stand up. "I was comfortable."
"You can be comfortable standing up. I did tell you that we were going to see my mother today." She lipped at her daughters wings lightly to straighten a few feathers.

"Chi's not an angel though... She's only got one set o' wings... So doesn't that make her like Dah instead?" His brow lofted, head tilting to the side with great curiosity.
"There can be dark angels too, you know." He smirked teasingly as he straightened himself out, wings fluttering slightly.

"Who says all the angels have to have more than one set of wings." She laughed as she nuzzled her son. "Both you and your sister are my little angles. That's all that matters."
She stretched and shook herself out as she stood up. Grinning at her mothers words she stuck her tongue out at her brother. "Ha! Am too an angel."

"Dah says." He nodded, short tail twitching behind him with delight as he returned his mother's nuzzle. There had been one night that he couldn't sleep even after Chione and his mother had dozed off and his father had told him all sorts of stories... Of course, the one he'd liked the most was the one about the angels flying in the night sky, watching over everyone.
His brow lofted slightly as he looked down to his son. "You are going to get me in trouble, you know." His tone was teasing, voice light as he glanced back up at Kalosyni. "Are we all ready now?"

She straightened her son's hair with a few light tugs before straightening up so she could look at Acheron. "Telling them those stories already hm?" She knew about the ones with the two wings but she wouldn't call Acheron any less of an angel than they were. At least she was his Angel.
"Mah says i am." She huffed and fluffed her wings out before tucking them against her sides, little bony fingers flexing a bit before curling up. "M'ready!"

"Well, someone has to tell them all of the good stories." He smirked, giving his head a light toss as he moved to bring up the rear of their little procession. "Lead the way, my dear. We'll play a little game of Follow the Leader towards that patch of clover..."
"What's that?" He tilted his head back to look at his father, turning back around only when he was nudged to walk forward.

"Shouldn't be telling them stories about angels without talking about yourself" She smiled before she turned around and headed in the direction that her mother was usually in. "It means you have to follow mommy and dont get lost."
She hopped after her mother wondering where exactaly they were going. Something about mother's mother and this way but that was all she really understood.
She got up from where she'd been resting in a patch of unbloomed clover and shook herself out. It was a wonderful morning, bright and clear, and hopefully it would be just as good of a day.

"You heard Mama, Chione... No gettin' lost." He nodded as he trotted along after his sister, finding that it took several of his own steps to make up for each of his mother's strides. Maybe... Maybe one day he'd be able to catch up better.
He watched the two foals amble after Kalosyni for a moment, still finding it hard to believe that they were his; that the small group ahead was his... His family. He shook his head with a soft chuckle before stepping up after them, wings tucked against his sides so they didn't get caught on nearby branches.

She trotted her way toward where she knew her mother was almost alway found. Nice soft grass and plenty of clover always gave away Eirini's resting spots.
"I don't get lost" She huffed at her brothers words. She was smart enough not to go too far from her parents so if there was going to be anyone lost it would be them. Mama never got lost though, she always knew where she was going.
Her ears perked as she heard something coming thought the trees. It was a bit nosier than her stallion companion so he was most likely still off doing who knows what. Stretching a bit she paused and waited for whatever it was to catch up to her

"'Course not... It's because Mama tells us not to." He nodded once more. It seemed like such a smart reason for doing things; because mother said so.
"We're near where I first met your mother, aren't we, Kalosyni?" His brow lofted slightly as he resisted the urge to catch up to her, staying behind to herd the foals.

She turned her head to look back at Acheron. "Close, mother's usually around here somewhere unless she's gone off with dad." She nodded before nudging her way though a few branches into a clearing.
"Papa does too!" She stuck her tongue out at her brother. It wasn't just because mana told them not to that she didn't et lost.
She smiled brightly as she saw her daughter and .... oh my! And the foals. She didn't think that much time had passed but it seems like it had.
"Well, if this isn't a nice surprise."

"Mama says it first." He grinned, bumping his shoulder lightly against his sister's before racing up alongside his mother, freezing like a deer that had just been spotted as he heard a voice. He then scrambled back between his mother's legs, peering out from around them to see who it was that had spoken. Was that a grandmother?
He did is best to keep himself from laughing at his son's actions, stepping up to give his daughter a gentle nudge before following her forward.
