As people trying to make the world better, we're obviously going to support good deeds and the like, well here is your chance to brag, tell about what you do for others cause that's what is worth bragging about, its ok to be selfish when others benefit from it too.

i've saved a couple of ppl from being raped. i have also saved a differnt couple of ppl from getting killed. i have stop alot of ppl from commiting suicide. i made a couple of ppl stop trying to kill ppl (still in contact with them) i am have also stopped a couple of dudes from their raping ways. and i helped dozons of ppl find some good things in this world.
i know it sounds out there but this stuff really happened

At my friends birthday party, me and two other girls started picking up litter. We collected two trash bags full.
Me and my family took in a starved kitty-cat.
I have helped out in many church functions for raising money to help the needey.
This hasn't happened yet, but this summer I'm going to another country to help them build a second-story to a building!! I can't wait.

Most of you all ready know me but in my life time so far I have done my best to try and help many people. I helped many emo's and showed them why harming there body was a bad idea. I have talked to many people who thought life wasn't worth living anymore and gave them a reason to live. I can even say I have saved many people physically. But when I start to think about it everyone I have saved I have made a bond with them. A bond that can't be broken torn or even cut. I made a bond to help more people by helping the ones I could. For me it's not about the glory or even about the honor. It is about helping other people and comforting them in there time of need. Because I know at one point in time I was in the same situation were I didn't want to go on another day. But I have changed and I am defiantly not perfect. But I am one step closer to my goal.

yeah, i was the person to turn god_of_chaoswind's life around and we've been a team in a lot of Mercilantes objectives
i've helped out friends in hard times on many occasions and am a great source of advice and will never allow someone to hurt my friends

Though if we're counting pets my family has adpoted two (slightly crazy)dogs. ^.^

nothing's too small and volunteering is one thing that is NEVER a bad thing
we're trying to get rid of selfishness and volunteering is the opposite of it so keep it up! biggrin

I've gotten two people back together (romanticly)
I saved a cat out of a tree
and I've helped out two people in a jam w/ social studies ^.^

God_of_chaoswind Yeah volunteering is a great way to help other people like ice said i volunteer all the time down at a church center darn i never get to volenteer. then again maybe it is cause i live with my grandmother and my sister and i'm the only one in the house who isn't selfish

lol you can always find someplace to volunteer. Hospitals, old folks home,summer camps-> my family is in the military so I volunteer with deployed family's , fun days and whatever else goes on.
Lol I helped with a Triathalon this weekend.

Walking down the hakk in my school one day, I came across smoke coming out of a door in the hallway. I quickly alerted the vice principal that there was a fire. We, and the fire derpartment, busted open the door to find 4 kids smoking pot. biggrin

Well I helped this one girl who asked for it. She wanted my help on getting out of a relationship with someone that was beating her and wanted nothing but sex. Every time she would try to break up with him he threatened her or told her he would cut himself. Well I decided to help her and started seeing a whole new side of her when i finished and well it wasnt very good. Do you think I still did the right thing sometimes It gets really hard to decide. And doubt starts to cloud my mind so yeah thought i would ask.
