There is a way for any member to become crew, or any crew member to become Vice! All you have to do is follow the requirements!
Requirements to become Crew:
1. Must have 100 posts to qualify
2. Must be active
3. Must have half of the crew members consent before you are promoted
Requirements to become Vice:
1. Must be crew
2. Must have 350 posts qualify
3. Other Vices and Captain must agree to have you promoted
How you stay a crew member or a Vice captain:
1. Stay active
2. Don't abuse your power
3. Make sure you do you assigned job
Please don't beg for a position, it only makes us not want to promote you. If we think you are qualified for the position than we will promote you.
Note: This does NOT effect any of the current crew or Vices. But I will demote if they are not active and if they don't stay active.

It doesn't take that long but it might. And Repressed doesn't even have enought posts to be crew, and he's Vice. I'm going to demote him soon if he doesn't become active.

Uhm, ... who's what in this guild?
I know Time_Continues is captain.
I know Repressed Memories is Vice.
I'm assuming Demonic Repentance is crew.
But that's about all I can remember. Who exactly is doing what and who do I want to surpass or who exactly should I look up to? Who here is my goal holder?

Currently Demonic is one of the 3 Vice's. We are set on Vice's so we won't be promoting anybody to Vice anytime soon. We have 3 crew members, not including the guild mule. We may need more crew members when we get more subforums. So if you want to be of higher authority then strive to become a crew member.

if you want to become crew, do you ask someone, or do you just become crew automatically once you reach your hundreth post?
