In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun. You find the fun and snap! The job's a game! (Spoonful of Sugar, it's a song from Mary Poppins) I fail at topic titles. x_x
I dunno if I'm just heavily influenced by Disney movies, but I love to sing while doing chores and stuff. Sometimes I whistle, hum, or bring a cd player to where ever I'm working. A lot of the time I end up having fun with whatever I'm doing. n_n
Does music help make work more bearable for you? Do you have anything that may even make chores fun? =D

I almost always need to be listening to music while doing chores, or I'll be bored to tears. Zoning out to music while doing whatever mindless task provides some good thinking time.
I like listening to music while doing math work, too. For some reason, it seems to make the whole process go better.

I usually can't listen to music while doing homework. Sometimes I get absorbed in it to the point that I start writing down the lyrics instead of what I'm supposed to be writing. xD

Chim Cheroo I usually can't listen to music while doing homework. Sometimes I get absorbed in it to the point that I start writing down the lyrics instead of what I'm supposed to be writing. xD Yeah, that's why I can't listen to music while writing essays. With math homework, I usually just have it turned down low so it's like it's on the back burner in my mind.

I always bring my iPod with me whenever I have house work or menial chores to do. It gets things done faster because I'm inspired by the sounds of Prince and whatnot. xp

I remember while I was working at Diner (not an activity for the faint of heart), I used to softly sing to myself. "Look for that Silver Lining" was one I liked, and the theme music to Monty Python and the Meaning of Life, and some other ones too.

I sing a lot in the car while I'm driving. I'll sing whatever. Though I'm the kind of loser who actually does sing while not doing anything, because I'm trying to work on my strength on my voice. I love singing.

Disturbed, on the other hand, causes me to get nothing done. mad
