It was a dark and stormy night. It was dreary, eerie and scary. It was a night to ponder over...
Nah! Just kidding! It wasn't night, and it certainly wasn't storming. The sun was out, and it was far more bright than it had been the past few days.
Just...something about setting the scene to one that frightens seemed to appeal to the mare, better than one that was bright and cheery. It was definitely more fun to create a world in which your imagination could run wild without any limits. And everyone knew a scary story always caught more attention than a happy one. So the mare scanned the land as she stood on a large hill, letting her eyes see what her mind wanted them too.
One look at this particular mare, and a 'normal' soquili would think she was positively insane. Well, in a sense she was...but she grew up on her father's fables and tales. Filled with adventure, her childhood was one to raise a brow upon. She had always wanted to live in the adventures of her father's made-up friends...and so, as she grew up, she learned to create things for herself.
Story upon story, imagination upon imagination...invisable friends galore. The mare in question, who happened to be so perfectly named Rainbow Sherbert (only a crazy soquili would dare name anyone that) viewed this particular day in darkness.
"Well, George...as I've told you before, I don't think it's quite funny that the goblins have been attacking us lately." Rainbow Sherbert giggled to herself, as she turned to look at...no one. George was her best friend, an invisable...something, and she knew he wasn't there....but she still liked talking to him....

Adonis was rather dull.
Sure he had a unique and eye appealing appearence but he had nothing to say for himself. It had started when he had came to this bloody foresaken land. Back home he had lovers and childeren galore. Now he had nothing. He didn't know how to go back home and even if anyone knew where it was that would be a miracle. Though it'd be pointless. Shairi wouldn't be there, therefore why would he go back. The only mare he had fallen head over heels and would've died for. For this non committing stallion that spoke for itself.
Long long locks trailed at his feet while blue iris' and pink pupils scanned this area. It was quiet, besides the wind. Sunnny besides the few clouds and over all great besides his boredom.

There was nothing wrong with being dull. If dull was what you were, then dull is what you shall be! At least, that's the way Bertie viewed things like that, as she happened to run into many others who were completely opposite than her...essentric personality. Being made fun of was just a part of life now, and it didn't bother her as much as it would have when she first started out.
So now the mare decided to treat everyone equal, so no one would be singled out and made fun of...at least not by her.
As she let her mind wander from the 'scene' before her, something snapped and she had to kill the darkness she saw. She had to let the creatures she made up go back into memory for know...something else had to be done. "George!" Bertie shrieked, at the top of her lungs as she turned around to trot down the hill at a very fast pace. "George!"
"Hurry George! I forgot Mumsy wanted me to tell Pop something! We have to go find Pop..." Mumsy, referring to her mother (who hated that nickname) and Pop was her father...she thought it best to call them whatever she wanted, since they gave her such a name themselves.

Adonis standing at the base of the hill watched the female as she started to pick up pace and charge towards him. "Whose George?" he questioned. That was such an odd name. Though his name was odd, but at least he liked it. He adored it, just as much as he adored himself. He smiled at the thought before turning his attention back towards the beige mare with a fire colored mane.

((I'm so sorry this took so long, I've been so busy with Senior stuff. <3))
The voice! It had come out of no where!
And boy did it scare the heck out of her! When someone's mind is elsewhere, it's best not to randomly sneak up on them-or say something out of the blue. But not everyone knew that, and to be honest, she found it quite fun herself sometimes.
The mare, who had been completely focused on finding Barnacle that even her vision was unclear, stopped dead in her tracks, which sent her flying forwards. The impact of the fast stop and the ground was intense, but Bertie managed to pick herself up rather quickly, and find the culprit. The owner of the voice...!
But when she turned around and saw him, yes him, instead of snapping, she had a change of heart. She smiled, a flirty young smile and admired the beauty before her. Such...amazing hair! Oooh! "George? Oh? Um, he's my uh..." She stopped herself from saying anything ridiculous and tried her best to think of a reasonable excuse for her actions. "My rabbit-friend. He's already off...it's just me know."
Since when did she care what someone thought of her?
