The tall and lanky Irishman leaned casually back in his office chair, placing his feet up on his desk and stretching his arms up and back over his head, giving a loud, long yawn before righting himself once more. Folding his arms across his chest, he fought against the urge to let his eyelids and take a cat nap in the shop. Though he'd seen his sister take naps while working numerous times, Fiach couldn't quite bring himself to be comfortable with the idea of sleeping on the job. It was his duty to attend to customers and newcomers all as they walked in, and to handle any appointments that were scheduled, regardless of how tired he was growing.

With a grand sigh as he glanced over at the clock on his computer once more, he allowed himself to settle just a little further into his chair. Getting comfortable didn't necessarily mean he was surrendering to the urge to sleep, just that he was re-adjusting his position and relaxing before the client came in for their appointment.

They should be here soon, anyway...so its not a bad thing for me to relax just a little before they arrive.

And slowly, as Fiach waited patiently, his eye lids began to droop ever closer to shutting. The steady hum of the computers within the shop serving as a soothing lullaby as he waited to hear the door open and footsteps sound throughout the overly clean and organized shop.

Sam nervously scrolled through his Ipod's tracks. Had any more disappeared since he'd last checked? He winced. Yup. He noted that nearly five more tracks had mysteriously vanished into thin air. That why he'd been directed here; apparently they could deal with his strange problems with technology. At first it had been his computer. He'd find strange doodles on MS paint, and files would occasionally disappear. (He'd started to save all important things onto CD incase they went missing) But then the problem vanished off his computer and started on his Ipod. He'd now lost easily over 100 songs in the last couple of days... And so he'd looked for some computer help and had ended up here, with a meeting with someone Irish sounding called Fiach.

He paused outside the office he was going to have the meeting in. He raised a hand and knocked. "Hello?" He murmured, turning the handle and letting himself in. His eyes scanned the room and comfortable stretched out, his feet on the desk. "Hello, Um, I was told to come and see you about a problem with files I've been having... Is this the right place?" He queried, holding out his Ipod, the screen glowing slightly; displaying the music file names.

Droopy eyelids snapped open at the sound of a knock on the shop's large door and Fiach quickly attempted to right himself in his chair, without over correcting and appearing clumsy as the customer entered. A light sheen of pink dusted his cheeks in embarrassment for having been caught nearly asleep as he cleared his throat and unsteadily got to his feet, still wary after being caught off guard, and as awkward as always upon meeting a new person. With a small tilt of his head at the newcomer's question, he gave a polite, if a bit strained, smile before nodding, "It is. My name's Fiach, welcome to .NET Hackers."

Gesturing towards an open chair near his desk, he once again took his seat, feeling more comfortable seated and not towering about feeling bizarre. Extending one of his large hands to accept the iPod, he wondered just what sort of Hacker (if that's what this turned out to be) would sit on an iPod, with minimal communication with others? Certainly it would be interesting to meet, and with another small smile he added a slightly belated, "...ah, I'll take a look at it, if you like, Mr...?"

Another embarrassed blush and smile took to his face as he realized he's completely forgotten his client's name. Had he written it down in the book? Feeling absolutely terrible about his lack, he muttered his next question almost directly after the last, almost as if he were attempting to cover up his slacking. "So...ah...what has the problem been, with the iPod...When did it start?"

Sinking ever so slightly into his chair, Fiach wondered just why he didn't go hide in a back room and let other people handle these sorts of things for him. He was terrible with people and always felt like he wasn't doing his job properly. Especially when he forgot a customer's name...
