Forests everywhere; the island is miles from the mainland and surrounded by jagged rocks just off some parts of the shore

This is a section of the Jaqueles empire, which was started by the late Edward Jaqueles VII nearly eighty years ago in 1429. When he built and reigned over this kingdom he originally pictured the idea of a place like Camelot; an ideal kingdom that kings all over would envy when they saw it. The island would almost be ideal; he figured that his army could easily see any attackers, because they could only attack by sea. He never thought of why he was amongst the first to be on the island.

The reason;however, is that the island has far more than just nature on it, there are more supernatural creatures on the island. Vampires, werewolves, and other creatures lurked in the cover of forest and ocean.

This caused problems for the empire as it struggled to overcome these adversaries and build up. Over time it did; and some of the creatures that were on the island started to blend in more with the empire, occupying shops and homes just like humans did.

But; when the original ruler died the empire fell into the clutches of corruption; and now the empire is facing a rebellion that could possibly forever destroy the line of rulers. But if the rebels succeed; will they be able to fend of some the malicious creatures by themselves?

Bio:
On the Mainland, Euphrates had been a thief, well known for her cunning, stealth, and speed. To escape the law and bounty hunters, Euphrates stowed away onto a ship that was headed for an island.

Observation had taught her of the land and its creatures, and she had learned magic. Because she was human, her magic was limited to the manipulation of small objects. She mainly uses it to manipulate an Ace of Spades card for battle if she isn't using her dual swords. How could a tiny card could help during battle? No one but she really knows.

Being the apathetic, two-faced, and rather rude person that she was, Euphrates's rebellious nature led her to join the rebel group.

Powers: Wind
Bio: The silver fox was originally a dangerous demon fox that could control the wind. Using tjis power, it terrorized the northern part of Japan until the fox was injured in a fight with demon hunters and was forced to take human form by inhabiting an unborn child still in the mother's womb. Because the woman gave birth to a demon, she died soon after giving birth to her daughter. The demon girl grew up normally, having no signs of her demon powers and no knowledge of her previous life until one day on her 16th birthday, she accidentally ripped apart her father with the same wind powers that the fox had. and when the blood of her dead father splashed on her, the memories of the demon fox flashed before her eyes. At that moment, realizing what she was, the girl decided that she would run away from the life she once had and make a new life to atone for the sins she committed in her previous life, and the horrible deed she had just committed. And so she did just that. She ran away and tried to use her powers to help people in the name of her previous form, the Silver Fox. Over the next 12 years, she learned the Li-Lin Battle Dance fighting art and she did many great things and saved many people's lives. But that wouldn't stop the dreams she had of the previous sins she committed, as well of the day she killed her father...

Character Name: Allahdri Illumina
Age: 16
Race: Nine-tailed fox- This race comes around every decade or so and many people say that if you see one that it grants you and your children and their children good luck. Whether that is true or not has never really been proven, because usually those who have claimed to have seen the fox are already somewhat wealthy, or they have no proof of have seeing it. The nine tails tend to be very shy and cautious, yet they are all a very curious race. Even in their human form they usually aren't that loud and obnoxious like some of their other kin (the regular fox). The Nine-tails are said to be the great blessing sent from Goddess Luna, or the Moon Goddess. So therfore when a nine-tails is born they tend to be very special and important.

Powers: illusions, poisoned molecular structure, ice
Bio: Allahdri comes very a rare line of nine tailed foxes. A nine tail fox comes around maybe every one decade. Suprisingly her mother gave birth to her and her twin brother and they both turned out to be nine-tailed. All of Allahdri's kind have stayed out of the fight between the rebels and empire. Her people believe violence is not an answer unless it comes to territory and survival.

Character Name: Ficus
Age: 11
Race: Runner Goblin – the quickest race of goblins. They are agile, clever, fast, and they have sharp senses. Runner Goblins are very resourceful and live in harmony with other beasts and creatures, but they hate humans. They are fierce, and young goblins are trained for battle starting at the age of seven.

Powers: She can create small flames or ice shards at the end of an arrow.
Bio: Ficus was born in the forest and raised with her race. At age seven, she joined the Runners in battle, and became one of the best warriors. She is skilled at long range attacks with a hand crafted bow and quiver of arrows. She is also skilled with her dagger, but limits the use of close range attacks to emergencies. During combat against humans once, Ficus received a blow from a sword across her face, leaving a scar.

Powers: Unaware of it at first, Kyo can Speak in Fox Language.
Bio: He was born and raised into a rich family, He didn't like living rich, it was "Boring" for him, so he asked his father if he could start traveling. His dad wasn;t into the idea. He wanted Kyo to Take care of the money if he passed away. Kyo wasn't the kind of guy who was into riches, he was more the adventuring type. One day he was on a yat with his family and out of no where came a thunderstorm. He was ship wrecked onto the island and is trying to find ways to survive, not knowing what lies within.
Misc: He had some experience with martial arts, He's a brown belt in Shotokan Karate and enjoys it.
