have you ever seen somebody that annoy's the crap out of you and you want to hit them so hard that their mother starts to cry?

have you ever just started to cry in public for no reason at all?

have you ever wrote or thought about something that scared the crap out of yourself?

if so please tell me what you did to resolve it.
