It's normal. It's actually really common with g-spot stimulation. If she's worried about urinating, she could just make sure her bladder is empty before engaging in anything sexual.

It's possible to have the sensation of needing to pee even if you don't orgasm. In addition, in females at least, the urethra is in a completely different part of the body from where one has sex. Urethra =/= v****a.

As others said, yes, it is normal. A lot of girls get the need to pee feeling. Some girls have it so strong during sex that they are afraid they'll pee on their partner! Most don't pee on them though. xp
It's good for her to pee after sexual activity anyway. Peeing after sexual activity decreases a girl's chances of getting urinary tract infections. 3nodding

As everyone said, nothing is abnormal with it. It can be due to penetration/pressure exerced in the erea, or simply because your activities take a while and well, everyone needs to go after a while!
