Banner Contest:
-Starts Monday
-we need at least 5 participants
-I'll decide when the contest ends...
-All entries will be put in a poll for votes
Rules:-Do not download already made banner...it's just not fair
-Banners can be drawn
-I want to see someone make a banner thats better than the main one we have now
-no multiple entries
-the entry you enter is your final entry
Prizes:
1st-1.5k
2nd-500g
3rd-250g
-Prizes will be given out May 30
-The prize money will be given out by me

Noii Noii-chan is going to make a banner. heart Does it have to be a specific size? hmmm...I think it has to be about the size of the banner in the corner but you can make it any size...just not huge sweatdrop ...good luck ^^
