Well this is basically where we Mods (remember Mods are Gods xP) can discuss certain issues and ideas together or ask questions.
Here is my first area of questions
for the staff members that we are hiring, does it sound reasonable to hire 2 waitress and one more blood doll? Or would we need more workers?
I think it would be good if we knew so that we can update the available positions on the front page so people know what to apply for and what positions are available.

I think we must have more positions. And, depending on what positions they have, and how much they post... They should earn a certain gold amount per posts? For example;; the waitress: 10 gold per post? And as the position gets higher, the more the people earn gold? I dunno, I'm just wondering sweatdrop Of course, I'll help with the gold things sooner or later.

Thats a great idea. >< 10 gold per post. And we will restrict it in certain areas like the Bar and Lounge. But than that might encourage people to post nonsense . We need certain roleplay rules such as how literate it should be and the min number of sentences. Correct?
EDIT: Actually i thought of another idea which may not seem to be better. But instead of giving all the workers some gold for each post, i was thinking that might prove to be difficult and redundant because well its almost of work. Why not pick out a employer of the week every week and reward them a set amount of gold? Again another suggestion because 10 G per post can add up alot to me x.x

That's true. Since you already want to give out 1000 gold for each member who recruited a member. Sure. We'll pick out a member that posted the most? And perhaps give them 50 gold max a month sweatdrop ?

if you want it per month...than i am sure i can give them 5k per month to the worker of the month.

Oh my gosh! 5k per month!? Oh no, that's alright! I don't think we can keep that up too much =/ You're giving too much Sango! Only for 1-2k. Gosh, there's a lot of people in here, that we might not be able to... you know? Support them all?
