I know this may not be a perfect place to put and may end up hidden, but anyhow i'm really desperate for an active big guild and would go to the ultimate extremes to pack this place up with people. Here's the deal. Anyone who recruits a member will get 1k gold. How it works. Well have people sign up for the guild and in the guild application tell them to put your name so I know who to reward. Neat eh! Off course i dont want unactive people signing up and people creating mule accounts just for gold. I want 'successful' recruitments. That is, people who join and actually start to become active and post rather than just join and leave. I will be keeping track of such things and will reward 1000 gold per 'successful' recruitment. This number will change depending on how desperate or less desperate we are for people. I know other crew members or the captain will accept the application and than i will not be aware of the person who actually recruited the new member. In that case i would like the new member to come here and post the name of the person that kindly directed them to this guild so that i can reward the kind soul.
And yes i have useless gold floating around but i shouldnt have told you that.
I know i am not the owner of this guild and giving out 'my' gold may not sound rightful, but i am a crew member and it is my part of my duty to recruit members.
