Started on page 10361Kittyintheraiyn Outside the cave and sitting on a tree branch about half way up a tree Tonbo is soaking up what sunshine she could, it has been a loong winter for her and she is almost happy now with spring here and each day being warmer than the last. The bare branches around her, upon close inspection would show signs of new life and growth, but Tonbo wasn't inspecting anything, she sat with her delicate wings spread wide and her warm brown eyes closed.At the base of the tree in the front yard, close inspection was being given to the plant-life budding there, Jaden was on her knees and elbows in the thin green grass that had sprouted in the past few weeks, she was watching a beetle climbing from the cool earth below up onto a swiftly growing weed and from there it spread wings and flew off, Jade was quickly too her feet and chasing it, she wouldn't catch the bug, but was more giving it a delighted sending off to where ever it was headed. The forever youth smiled wide and giggled silently as she gave chase, she hadn't grown a voice of her own that was audible, but over the cold months she had worked hard on her writing skills and her patience, and one could plainly hear her if they knew how to listen.In the side garden Xiang and an unlikely visitor were knee deep in rich and dark soil, George had come for a visit bearing a gift for the fiery numa, purple vines with heart shaped leaves, Xi had wanted to attempt growing them again and now that the weather was warming, he was so super sure that they wouldn't wither and die like the previous attempts had, he had build a strong support and shade for the vines and ventured bravely into the swamps with a mask tied about his muzzle to get coffee to water them with, now the vines were re-planted and coffee-watered and the unlikely pair were hosing the strong smelling mud from their fur. George looked around and complimented Xi's garden in her own way, then said her goodbye's and she started off back to the Swamps humming and thinking of someone who's swirls and glow were a constant on her mind.At the edge of the Swamps her so called 'nephew' Bee was lounging on a high high branch, he had thought that the Cafe was near to here and had climbed to get a better view, upon finding that this tree was very tall and also very nice to climb he had continued upwards and now he was contemplating launching himself from this hight and wondering how far he could fly. Chi Sohma Juunigatsu had made his way all the way from the mountains- to the mid of the way towards the swamps/candy border. When he arrived promptly at the mid section, he looked up at his hostess. "Mystery.. Would you like to go to the tree house with all the others?" Mystery clung to him like a feline would, and she looked to each side in wander. "Why would you do that for." She grumbled, the whole heart of stone she had indulged in. She fanned her ears, looking about, almost no one could be seen.. like a ghost town.. Her tail gave a flicker in interest of this. "Then. We'll stay here in mid way til you know where you want to go. He lifted his front body to let her slide off his back and in to a stump. Then he made his way around the stump, and planted himself there, taking in the soothing warmth of air. "Hmm.. the cafe.. I wonder if they have full throttle..." He said softly to himself.. Then an image of a numa he had met came up in his head.. A shadow.. Sayuri had took flight again from her home. She wanted to go back to the graves where she would find her -other half, but decided to wing this around, flying aimlessly until. She looked down after hearing noises about. "Hmm?" Her humm was soft and perked interest. "Wasn't that..." She stated and pondered it a moment. "Where Fi lives.. wonder what she's been up to. " Before minutes past she landed on the ground where she saw a small little thing running around after.. an insect. Her ears fanned backward and her more or less position gave her the advantage of not being completely seen.. but could see where they all were. Kittyintheraiyn Unfortunately for Sayuri, Fiara was at home, but home for Fiara was miles and miles from the home of her fathers' and extended kin. Fiara sat in the shade of a tall palm, it was hot where she was, even with the lovely breeze coming off the water and even though it was just past morning, she was mending a net and singing softly to herself.In the tree Tonbo's ears perked and swiveled following the passing of wings overhead, though, she peeked open one brown eye to find Jaden still in sight, whomever it was, didn't continue on.After the beetle had a proper sending off, that is, it flew away and out of sight, Jaden came back to the front of the yard and looked around for a minute before she spotted her paper pad, plunking herself down in the grass she set to beginning a story idea, carefully so that her letters were clear. Tiny wings on farey things,After sending off George, that is, he had not yet convinced her that she could stay here and live with his family, Xiang was done rinsing the mud from his fur and was content that the plants had gotten all the care he could give them just now, he moved to head inside, it would be lunch soon enough, he smiled at Tonbo and Jaden, but left the females to their separate hobbies, knowing they'd look out for each other in their own ways and they seemed their own kind of happy anyway.Inside and curled on Fiara's old hammock, Spike the Blankie was hibernating, she missed much in her deep sleep, maybe she would wake soon.Bee couldn't see the ground or the cafe from where he was in the tree, he decided higher was better, and so with claws extended into soft bark, pulled himself higher, onto thin branches, he was careful, he climbed a lot and knew littler branches wouldn't always hold his weight, he clung to the trunk, and when he could go no higher, the air was slightly chiller than lower to the ground and the breeze was fresh with the heavy scent of coffee. Bee looked to the direction of the cafe, he could just see it there, beyond the tree line. Bending the tree to and fro Bumblebee took the flying leap and though his wings were not meant for actual flying, they still carried him a distance and the speed and the wind and the fear he would never admit he felt in these moments were sweeter to Bee than any treat the land beyond the Swamps could offer. "Whooo~" Came his exulted holler, echoing eerily though the trees. PoisinPen Mystery looked up as her senses detected another. It was. Something yellow? Was her eyes failing her- it must be. Her tail flipped as the tip ruffled Juunigatsu's nose. Her claws crawled out of her paws- clinging themselves in to the stump of the tree. Watching with her eyes the yellow spot..then it blurred for some reason.Juunigatsu opened his eyes- slowly in a squinting manner.. watching the tail fling on his nose then wave about.. "Hm?" He softly pawed at the tail and then finally he nudged his way under the tail to see what Mystery was doing. He looked at her as she gazed then followed her gaze. "Whats that?" He promptly said with a smoothing voice. "I have no idea.. but.. I wanna find out." She then bounded off for that yellow blurr in the direction of the swamps. Juu got to his paws quickly and bounded off after her, She was a swift lil Kat she was. Catching up to her proved hard even for him. A Coffee. Sayuri looked about... Not spotting the green MLP, yet. She felt in her heart the thump.. Of nervousness. Which she never was, it was almost like seeing her other half- Lenith. She almost looked as though she were scared of meeting others.. But she had to see at least if she could fix her unsocial self,.. so she could break free of herself. She slowly stepped in to the light, her tail flickered, like a whip did. Her necklace dangling in the shine.. "I hope this is the place.." She trailed off trying to get towards the entrance but when in the corner of her eyes she saw the lil one writing. She was good with kids for some reason, and some even adopted her as their mother. Like Minty did, and others. That soft spot could be seen as her glowing jade eyes watched the lil one. Bending over and going to her height she spoke softly. "Hi.. there...." She tried a smile, though she seemed like she were pure darkness. Kittyintheraiyn Jaden watched Sayuri with her wide purple eyes, as the adult walked towards the cave homes' entrance, she wasn't at all scared or startled by her dark appearance, instead she smiled, thinking a piece of night had come for a visit, much like Fiara, though her 'sister' of sorts, was much more 'the sky' than encompassing 'the night'. Jade was quick to flip pages in her book, when she turned and came near, Jade looked startled now and quickly scribbled,

But because the adult seemed kind, she was swift to add under that, hi, name Jade
The forever youth pointed at herself and then at Sayuri, she had found that when giving her name first others were more likely to give their own in return. Jaden's eyes focused for a moment on the silver sparkle her necklace gave off in the sunshine, around the youth's neck was a green colored stone on a light chain, something Fiara had made for her, the stone was her namesake.In the bare branches, Tonbo had opened both her eyes to take in Sayuri, she didn't frown nor smile down at the others, but she knew her bright green presence wouldn't go unnoticed for long and she would then have to choose how to respond.Bee had launched himself quite a distance, the arc he traveled in the air was a relatively short amount of time and when he saw that the ground was coming up fast, he had dodged tree trunks by twisting and turning his body, he tucked his body and bent his knees landing on his hands and feet and sliding for a few meters before collapsing into a roll that sent him flopping across the grass, luckily the ground was soft enough here with the warmth of spring soaking into the soil and awakening it day-by-day. Bee sat up and turned his head sharply towards where he thought he had come from and sure enough the tree still waved slightly hundreds of body lengths away, as if it was cheering him on, he stood and thrust his arms into the air with another shout of victory, before dusting himself off. He was glad no one had been around to see the poor landing, but the distance he'd went was something he'd surely be telling Keiso about, the next time he saw him, for sure. Chi Sohma When she kept at her speed- she came to a halting stop when the yellow thing had fallen. Now being close enough to almost examine, without fine details. This proved to be odd, a coffee flying.. She slicked her angelic wings down her back as she slowly crawled forward like a leopard would when it was about to pounce its target.When Juu got close, he stopped to and went in to a trot after the femme. When he found out to see the what she had been afer. It was Bumblebee! The Numa he had met with Miester as well! His tail gave a wag as he began his trot again, following up to bumblebee. "Huh?" He leaned his head down. "Hey.. Bee.. you ok?" His soft voice cuued at the other hoping that the other could hear him.Mystery looked up, at Juu and watched him still in her stance.. wagging her tail about to see what would happen. "....Aww.. Thats a nice name.. Mine is Moon." Is what most others called her.. and she didn't like giving out her name too lightly.. but.. it was fine. It was shorter than her own name anyways and she liked it.. Her tail whipped around her legs as she smiled down at the lil one. "Why are you here by yourself?" She blinked genuinely concerned. Kittyintheraiyn Blinking back a confused look, Jaden looked from 'Moon' to Tonbo, who was now still on her branch, though now it seemed she was moving from her perch. The concern in her voice sounded much like how Xiang could get and so the girl quickly scribbled,

she watches, onto her paper pad. Then because an idea had come to her, Jade sat up and flipped back some pages, she kept her writings shielded and quickly jotted a note before flipping back.
Slipping from the branch stealthily Tonbo fluttered to the grass and came walking up behind 'Moon', her eyes twinkled with mischief and she almost smiled at Jade, the little girl missed the smirking expression because she was in one of her writing moods and had her nose buried in her book.
But how to play this one, she didn't seem the type to startle easy, nor intimidate easily either, but she seemed to have a soft spot for the kid. Bringing a gentle smile to her face, Tonbo spoke up from behind, but softly, "Why, she's not by herself at all."When wiping grass and dirt from his fur Bee found that one of his wings ached, he must have strained it, or maybe he didn't pull it in when he was flopping across the grass, either way he wouldn't be pulling any similar stunts for a while, he twisted his body sideways trying to see it, he moved the wing, it hurt a lot, but it didn't seem to be broken, though he couldn't quite tell. When Juu called out to him Bee jumped and turned in their direction, he had thought he was alone, they must have seen his botched landing if they were so near, damn, he thought before wondering why the purple female was laying in the grass, "Oh, ah, hullo," he began, his voice only betraying him a little, it was high pitched from his being startled, "I'm cool... Didja see that," he pointed back to distract as he came nearer to the two, the tree he'd launched from wavered slightly still, "Pretty awesome air, huh?" When he reached their side, he offered a hand down to the female, "Need a hand?" he murmured, at least he didn't squeak at her. Chi Sohma Mystery looked at him.. and softly growled. She raised her body in to a stand position alone. "Juunigatsu-san." She turned to him.Juu trotted back to her upon command and he softly looked to bubblebee. "We thought you were hurt. Are you alright?".Mystery eyes were of disinterest now that she found it was just one of Juu's kind.. . She looked to the side then she leand her head on Juu's shoulder. "MM." Sayuri's ears flickered as she felt the words behind her ring throughout her body.. She stood up slowly and turned. "Ah.. and you be her guardian.." She leaned forward. "A beautiful bodyguard..to add" She smirked but kindly.. Then she looked at the lil one.. She was pretty.. And she couldn't help but smile softly. It was like her. "..Mmm." She tried to think of why she was here in the first place.. her brain sort of in a shot when she found that there was two- and she had been being watched. Kittyintheraiyn Tonbo nodded, but found she didn't know quite how to respond to that, the last Numa to tell her such, he hadn't meant it, or the feeling had faded from him, either way, he was the reason she was so jaded, untrusting and unkind. She snorted and not softly, but 'Moon' had turned back to Jaden now. "That has nothing to do with anything, I'm sure." Her voice was heavily sarcastic and harsh, she crossed her arms and fumed a little at being caught so quickly.Jade on the other hand wasn't angered but curious, she had written more now and was satisfied with the outline of the story, something about beetles and fairies and adventures, who knew where she got the ideas, her stories were childish but also had an interesting way about them, she closed the notebook and set it aside. Looking up at the two adult females, she wondered what would happen, she knew that Tonbo was easily angered by outside influences, but she wasn't worried about a fight breaking out or anything, Tonbo was getting better, if little by little, she didn't want the night-like fairy to be hurried off either way.Bee blinked at the female, but said nothing, if she didn't want help, she didn't want help, he shrugged and brushed a paw over his hair, trying still to play cool, but he was still flushed a little in embarrassment, and the female wasn't helping. "Ah, well I think I'm all in one piece still, so I'm awright." He winced a little, the wing throbbed when he tried to pull it in, so it was left flared out, whether or not they noticed it he would brush it off. "It's cool, you can go back to whatever you were doing." Chi Sohma Mystery wasn't as 'fun' as others nor did she care. Being a candy had nothing to do with the type of attitude most would think candy's had. For her. It wasn't right. "....You should be more careful." She finally said- which she hadn't almost ever done unless they were direct family. She just thought his flying antic was just about as dumb as one would try to swim without paralleling themselves. ."Heh.." Juu's tail started wagging a bit, Smiling and turning to Mystery. "She is.. A little grumpy don't mind her.. " He shook his head. "Heh that fall was something though man.. It was pretty high too!" He chuckled some which he thought the same. An accomplishment for all coffees to look up to.. Mystery rolled her eyes and turned away. This was too much talk.. thinking she should go back some cookies or something. Explosives. ... She smirked at the thought and gave out an evil chuckle. Sayuri's tail gave a wag in interest to this. "Was just wondering.. Who all lives here anyhow?" She turned to the 'guardian' ... "Heh there has too be more lovely ladies if you two are here." She smiled some, which looked funny for her since she rarely smiled unless it was with her mummified partner. Len-sama. Her wings outspread as she straightened her back.. Her ears going forward.. "Hmm... Ah. I haven't seen many around anymore.. Seems so lonely.." Her wings went back, folded in tightly.. Bee shook his head at Juu, "'S awright." He murmured to the male, he didn't mind her mood, he just didn't want her to look down on his thrills. "Careful is boring." He said to her, his voice a little raised because she had turned away from him, he cocked an eyebrow at her smirk and chuckle. "I've dove from trees thousands of times, and I'm gonna do it again, again and again, from higher trees if I can find them." Bee turned from her and to Juu again, "It wasn't just falling, I was catching air man, I was flying~" His voice was excited and it betrayed him wavering into a squeak making him sound more emotional that he had wanted to, more lame than smooth and he bit his teeth together not going on, color rising to his cheeks under his bright yellow fur.

"Foolish Youth." She grumbled.. She didn't know why but the male was looking at her too much.. and like a cat she curled upon Juu's back and flickered her tail about.. watching him... Just to make a move of attack .. but so far.. she couldnt come up with anything.Chuckling.. "Ah.. So your accomplishing the impossible is what your saying." He smiled genuinely.. He then looked back at his partner in crime, Mystery. Watching as she looked so cautious towards his kind. "Madam.. Ive met him before.. Its ok." He pet her head lightly and she just returned to the serious face. "Listen.. she isnt that social sorry.. She does that too all new numas she meets.. " He went up to Bee and lightly patted his hair down in consideration. "Heh.. But we wouldnt want you to kill yourself now. thats a loss on us yea know." He nodded softly and his tail flickered the chains he clanged.
"You have some big dreams yea know. Makes me jealous.."
She remembered how Yoru, Meian, and Minty when they were little.. It was sad.. she wanted something more.. Maybe meeting a family would make her.. stronger. Everytime she flew through the clouds.. she only loved once. Lenith.. Her mummy lover.. but now she disappeared..again.. And finding her would make it harder.. and Sayuri just needed some support.. and she couldnt count on her family like Chi because she felt a burden. Jade's eyes.. made her so happy somehow.. Like if Jade looking through her heart.. but she tried a smile again.. "Aww.. You look worried..Its ok." She tried to hold the smile and looked at Tonbo.. "Your lucky.. yea know. Heh.. To have such a cute little girl here with you... So thats why Beatrice said that I was alike to Fi.. She has a Girl. Now I understand.. " She tried not to burst in a heartbreaking tone. Because It reminded her of Lenith.. Everything did..
"Well do you mind if I stay here with you guys for a few hours..? If you don't mind my presence little one.. And miss beautiful." She refered to Tonbo at that moment. Flickering her tail like a wet rag that made it sound like lightening. The aura around her was.. kind.. and honest. Despite the darkness that surrounded her.

Bee bristled when called a youth, he didn't blink at the foolish part, it was being thought a child that bothered him. Bee wasn't quite an adult in appearance, or voice, it cracked and squeaked when he raised his voice or was other wise excited, like a boy on the brink of manhood. Bee wanted to be thought a full adult but his maturity had not yet caught up with his ideal. "It's not impossible," He half growled at Juu, brushing off the explanation the Coffee gave. "I'm not a kid you gotta worry about, nothing bad is gonna happen to me no matter how many times, or how high I jump from. Its a rush, maybe you should try something fun sometime instead of worrying." His voice was directed at Mystery and full of himself, he turned to Juu, "That doesn't make any sense, unless -she- won't let you do what you want. You can do it if you wanted to!""Well I'm quite sure Fiara is not going to stay away forever, she comes back to visit." Tonbo's tone was bored and a bit sarcastic, what she said was true, but the tone indicated that Tonbo didn't care much, she thought that if Fi stayed away or if she came back, it didn't matter either way. "Xiang is inside." She stated and turned to go back to her tree, Tonbo didn't care about lovers or luck or loneliness. She liked Jaden, quite a lot, but it wasn't something she would admit, or felt the need to talk about. "Do whatever you want."Listening and watching between the two, Jade was almost upset at the way Tonbo would brush others off, but it wasn't something the pup could change, she knew Tonbo had it in her to listen to other and respond kindly, but right now 'Moon' wanted to see Xiang, she could do that for her, bring her to him and he would talk with her. Sometimes, Jaden thought, Xiang was good if you could get him to understand you. Moon needed someone to understand her.
Jaden got to her feet, pencil behind one ear and her notebook clutched in one hand, she moved to take 'Moon's hand if the dark fairy would let her and lead her inside. She motioned to the opening of the cave, the hall was dim, but the rest of the home was lit brightly inside during the day.

"He has dreams you won't understand!" She growled in Juu's defense.. But it subsided.. Her eyes.. one of one color and the other different as well. It made.. Think more. She had her dreams of exploding things ... but Juu... He said he wanted many things out of life..but he preferred one. Her soft angelic wings laid low..
He was surprised at what The Bee said.. He smiled gently.. and nodded.. He had grown up quite a bit.. and plus.. He was so many years old.. he had lost count.. That was why Juu and Mystery were so close.. They knew what was back in the past that others..might not have known. But Juu was gentle as can be..The black figure..Chained together.
"Ah..Well I can see I can through your accomplishments and others.. I am fine with.. As for my own..." He looked ..sort of like a lost puppy for that moment. His jade eyes gave a twilight of wanting.. The softly went back to normal. "I want to see others happy and thats my accomplishment I believe.. Thats what I want to do." His talons slicked in to his paw.. He didnt like them out and to run so fast he needed them though.. His ears slanted. "Its fine My-sama.. You don't have to speak so ill." He nipped at her cheek. Then looked at bee.. He had a lot of energy to be doing things like this all day long..
"Why dont we lighten the mood and go get something to eat or drink.. Its better so we can continue where we left off.." And so he lifted up his body, along with Mystery on his back and looked at Bee. "Coming?"
Sayuri blinked quite a bit when the little one took up her paw.. It was.. So small..Hers were a lil bit bigger than normal female paws.. Built to protect. and once she started pulling she took up Tonbo's paw. "COme on then. Your coming too." She smiled.. tried.. and followed the little one with both her paws occupied with each of the girl's paws.. It made her feel good.. To be .. recognized and not hated..
Her nose lifted the scent of another.. Male? She could tell the difference immidiately.. And she swallowed hard. Guys.. were always so troublesome. Well the ones she met.. They were all the same.. Except Armageddon. Her brother who teached her how to not fight all males.. but to be kind to them as they would treat her.. Her heart started pounding... What could become of this meeting? She would try her best to be polite!

"Why should I have to understand his dreams? I don't want to stop them. He can do whatever he wants to." Bee was disturbed, he pressed on even though his voice and mannerisms were betraying his youth.
He cocked an eyebrow at Juu, "You can't be serious, you don't do things just for your own fun?" He looked at the chains on Juu and the way Mystery seem to use him as a seat.
"I'm not hungry," he was planning on heading to the Cafe later, "You two can go if you're going. I think I'll try a higher tree." He turned to walk away from them, but didn't actually leave completely.
Jaden's already wide eyes widened more when 'Moon' tried to pull on Tonbo, the dragonfly female was not one you directed around. Jade shook her head pointedly at the dark fairy and pulled hard on her hand, rushing her now away from the bristling Tonbo.
Tonbo curled her lip and glared at the female through half lidded eyes, she was not going inside, the sun was out and it was way too much of a nice day to spend any of it indoors, it wasn't in her to pick a fight over it though and Jaden was already towing her away. With her arms crossed over her chest Tonbo marched away, moving out of the yard and going off to be alone and enjoy the brightly shining sunlight.
Tugging 'Moon' down the hallway and into the kitchen, Jade tossed her note pad onto the table with a resounding slapping noise, she then pulled out two of the chairs scrapping them on the hard packed dirt floor, she offered one to 'Moon' then climbed into the other herself and pulled the paper pad towards herself, quickly scribbling a note to Xiang. It seemed that Jaden had a habit of making noise when she was indoors, it wasn't to cause trouble, but just the opposite.
The smell of cinnamon hung over the kitchen, that was Xiang's scent, he was in the process of pulling the pan of cookies from the oven, he wore a pale yellow apron with a floral pattern and lots of frills at the shoulders. Xi was not troublesome because he was male, he found other ways and reasons to be troublesome to his family and kin, though none of it was really conscious and he was working on it. Xi sometimes had the tendency to think he knew what was best for someone and tried his hardest to push them in what he thought was the right direction, it had cost him a friend in 2D and had caused tension between himself and Fiara, though on her last visit they'd come to an understanding and he was now working to mend his ways and his relationships.
When the two entered he called over his shoulder, smiling sweetly when he saw that someone new was accompanying Jaden, that it was not Tonbo. "Hellohello!" His voice was high and slightly feminine, on occasion he was mistaken for a female because of it. After he'd taken the cookies from the oven, he slid a new pan in from the icebox and set the hot pan on a cooling rack, he then twirled over to the cupboard and took down three teacups and saucers placing them on a tray which already had a large and very pretty teapot and matching sugar bowl, he took the tray with him and set in on the counter space near the stove where the kettle had just started to whistle. Pouring the steaming water into the teapot and adding a tea ball, Xiang next took a spatula to the cookies transferring half the dozen to a floral serving plate. This was added to the tray along with three small plates, he then moved the other six to a large cooling rack where dozens of other batches were already cool.
In the time it had taken Xi to complete this task, Jaden had finished her note, it was clear so that Sayuri could see it too. /This is Moon. She say she like to meet you. You Fiara mommydaddy. Thank you for cookie and tea. Can I helping bag tie tag?/ Jade took a cookie and ate it then took the other before going to the sink and washing her hands throughly.
Taking the laden tray to the table now and setting it before them Xi smiled sweetly and leaned over Jaden to see what it was she wrote. "Oh well, of course dear, and you're welcome," He blinked and smiled at Jaden, happy she was changing too, being much more polite and so quick with her pencil, he was flustered for a moment and smoothed a paw over Jade's hair, the perma had taken a cookie and was munching it happily. Turning to Sayuri now, it had only been just a minute or so since he had greet them when they entered.
"Well it is very nice to meet you Moon," he'd offer her the chair again unless she'd already sat. Then he would pour the tea, a strange mix of herbs and a slight coffee taste, set a cup before the three of them and then serve the remaining cookies. "What can I do for you?" Xi would seat himself across the table and sit primly.

Mystery's eyes didnt leave Bee. When they left their separate ways- she was bothered. A runt needing to get taught about manners... And she- wasn't about to tolerate it... Her patched arms curlled around Juu's neck. Staying silent...Watching.. and observing.. Like a ghost.
"Yes... I play only attention to other's salvation. Its a shame.. maybe we'll meet up and we could chat more." He smiled softly then he watched the other go- bowing his head as to lead him off. "And try not to further injure yourself!" Then he stood his head up and left the opposite way... His tail's chains clanging in a harmony. As if enchanted with the gift of song.
As he kept walking... He felt Mystery's heart get uneasy... And he sighed- closing his eyes for that moment.
"What a rude child... Talking to his elders like that." She grumbled softly... But Juu's body didnt tense nor object to any of her words. "....Im...s-" She stopped herself . Though she did want to say her sorries to poor Juunigatsu. She couldnt and what was stopping her was her heart. Thumping against her chest... Something troubled her, and it was the fact that the way Bee looked at Juu and her... Examing the chains... They were his...
"...Do you feel... me as a burden?" She finally asked.
Juu softly opened his eyes as they got nearer to the river of grape soda... And once they got there he let her down and held her up in his arms. "You are NOT a burden to me. Understand." He gave her a serious look. Then smiled softly... And he saw the feelings were conveyed to Mystery as she accepted this. He wouldn't mind being her protector for just a bit longer... Only until she is strong enough to stand alone- and not need him any longer.
She blushed softly as she was held.. And nodded at his words. "Alright..." She casted her gaze away.. "Alright... Lets go get you some gummy fish then..." She slipped away from him, her hair slipping every which way as she lent down to go get him the food... But. This was a rare sight- usually she thought mighty. High. And would probley do nothing for anyone, but she understood what her heart was saying.
Sayuri grunted at Tonbo when she decided to go off on her own. That almost made Sayu sad but the sad feeling was intercepted by Jade dragging her towards the cave- and on she looked over the set... The kitchen, was just beautiful that she couldn't describe in words. How- How could this. And once she saw the male- She could have mistaken him for a female!? His scent was... like the flower boy she met- which confused her so... She often thought and believed males were repulsing creatures, and their smell sickened her. But The male. Was different and something about him made him... so welcoming, and she felt her cheeks burn..
Her tail flapped around a bit before she finally paid attention to what Jaden was saying to her, taking a seat shyly...Which wasn't like her at all. She watched the male complete his chore with eyes soft and dreamy like. The imagery, one would get in a shojo manga. Then when he finally addressed her- her blush brightened off of her dark pelt.
"..." Her maw opened but no words came from them- like when she first met her rebirthed object of affection at the moment. She flickered her tail a bit until it wiped like a wet towel again. Cracking her out of the shy seal he had created on her. "...I..I came.." She said softly as in a whisper- lowering her head enough for her short hair to cover her face. "I came.. because.. My sister said...I should meet Fi-sama.. But she wasn't here, then well. The second best thing to do was... to talk to her parents." Her blush burned her cheeks almost and she covered her face with one paw... Her glowing eyes emitting the film over it assending her feelings. "I just.. heard I could talk to you all..." Admitting that this would be the first time she had smelt a 'mated couple with the same sex' ... Her ears lowered down to the sides of her head.
Now- she hoped that Jaden would write something or at least come back to her so she wouldn't feel so awkward near a guy so pretty as this one was in front of her. She looked up with one eye- and saw the flames... Raging on and the soft color and the magical glow he gave off- not only by birth but by the way he acted, he was so kind. - How he treated the children as well.... That she could resemble towards herself because that was about the only thing she could do right. Attract kids...
Her heart pounded in her chest- her nerves were ecstatic and she almost found no resolve to how to come back to playing it cool. Now, she stayed quiet... casting her look down again.

Bee stalked off a short ways, half expecting the pair to call him back, he listened with his ears tilted back and was interested by what Juunigatsu said and thinking to himself, that he did want to chat more, he wanted Juu to know what having fun for yourself was all about, and he also wanted to learn, what this Coffee and Candy pair meant, what was the key and all this feeling of protection about? Bee stopped in his childish marching off and almost turned to go back to them, but then Juu called that last to him "And try not to further injure yourself!" Bee bristled again, he wanted to shout back at them, I'm not a child! but he heard the chain of Juu's tail, they were moving off too, and not calling after him. Bee turned then and watched them go and he was conflicted. He couldn't hear what they said to each other.
Bee decided then to follow the pair, he waited and stayed far back, and followed them to the river, he stopped and watched from behind a tree, trying to stay out of sight, when they got to the river side, Bee averted his eyes when Juu held 'My-sama' only looking up again when he thought it was safe to see her heading down to the river now.
Bee's attitude had changed a little, he was no longer upset with being thought a child, it would still bother him if it was brought up again, but the previous incident was forgotten in his head, now he didn't know how to approach them. Their relationship was not how he had thought it seemed, she was going and doing something for him now and so it was false that he had thought Juu was somehow controlled or forced by the female.
Bee steeled himself and stepped out from the trees approaching Juu, the way he held himself showed that he had put aside his rude and cocky attitude for the time being. "Juunigatsu...?" Bee spoke tentively, rubbing one paw against the other arm, his ears were down. "I-I think. I think I changed my mind... I do want to understand your dream. If it's none of my bisnuss, I'll turn and head back to the Swamps right now," as it was Bee seemed sort of uncomfortable being so deep in Candyland, but the words needed to be said were more so on his mind. "But if you don't mind, I want to know why you protect others, why you don't just care about yourself alone."
After finishing the cookies and washing her hands really well, Jaden took up a pair of tongs made of pale bamboo, she swiftly transfered cooled cookies from the rack onto a plate, piling them by type. Once the plate was full she carefully brought it back to the table and then she started bagging the cookies, taking care to not break any. Two cookies went into each bag, it was twisted and tied with a colorful ribbon. Attached to each ribbon was a tag of stiff paper and on each tag Jade wrote in careful script a name for the type of cookies inside, most of the bags were filled with a pair of the same kind so the tag would read 'Choco-berry' for the latest batch or 'Cinnaspicey' for the cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin pie flavored creations that sold well in the colder months. Xiang had a habit of putting together odd combinations of flavors into his baking batches, but somehow they seemed to work and he sold them at market alone, or helped by Jaden or even Tonbo, when the weather was nice, of course. Sometimes Jaden's naming technique was a bit odd; 'Midnight crazies' dark chocolate and peanut butter, among them, and when pairing two different types of cookies together the names became complex creations in themselves. Such as, 'Fairy-tears and Twilight', normally 'Toffee Nibbles' and 'Chocochipies' when bagged alone.
Xi was quiet and let her speak, he watched her with knowing dawning in his golden eyes, unaware that he might be making her more uncomfortable, he really was trying his best to just listen. Xi reached across the table with one paw, to clasp at Sayuri's hand if it was in reach, other wise it was just a gesture of understanding, if her paw was in reach he'd give it a gently squeeze. "That's quite alright dear, that's quite alright. I'm sorry to say that my mate, Fiara's other father isn't here just now, but I'd be glad to listen to you. I'm also sorry that our Fiara isn't here, she hasn't yet been home to visit this spring, but I think next time she comes back, it just might be for good." There was kind comfort in his feminine voice, a hint of sadness and also hope.
Jaden had listened the whole while Sayuri spoke, Jade worked slowly on the tags but swiftly on the bagging, so she would do them in piles, looking up and watching the adults when she was bagging and tying a pile, and then she'd lean on the table putting names on tags, after a little bit of this, she stopped the task and came to sit again, sitting at the short end of the table so that Sayuri was on one side and Xiang on her other. Jaden was very young and she didn't fully understand what was causing the dark fairy to be so nervous and upset, but she was old enough to know if someone was upset you comforted them as best you could. Jaden pushed a tea cup filled and steaming towards the female, she pulled a second cup towards herself and then taking up the little silver tongs she started plopping sugar cubes into her own tea. After about six or seven, Jade hopped down from her chair and went and grabbed three little spoons from a drawer and brought them back, Xi had forgotten them in his rushing to prepare. Jade set one before each of them and then looking at Sayuri she offered the silver tongs to her. Jaden made a show of carefully stirring her tea before bringing it to her lips and blowing on it and then sipping wanting Sayuri to follow her lead, the tea was yummy and most of all, soothing.
"Please feel free to talk, Miss Moon, and if you would like advice I'll try my best to give some. I'm learning slowly to understand others, so if I start giving advice of my own accord, it is really just that, advice, and know that you don't have to do what I say." Xi gave this little warning with some embarrassment in his voice, but he nodded after and was quiet so that she could speak. Xiang took some sugar for his tea and thanked Jade in a soft voice when she got spoons. He stirred his tea slowly and held his wings in close to his body, trying to seem calm and relaxed, that is would lend some to her.

Mystery hadn't found a gummy fish at the moment.. she looked down and watched closely as some fish passed... Her black tail flipping around in a stalking mode, her hair slipping beside her.. Watching.. And waiting.
Juunigatsu looked at Mystery from a few feet away. Smiling softly- but then his ear caught something. He turned and now saw the brilliant color of golden yellow. His chains flipping with his tail as he held a paw out. "Yes?" He replied to his name being called. "I told you, your welcomed here- around us anytime.. Its ok." If the other male didnt take his paw- it was a sign of respect to at least extend a paw, then he retorted it as the other came close.
"If you want to know- all you need to do is ask." He smiled softly as if he hadnt known to smile so often. As he heard the others questions, they filled in to his head and it made him- happy to know that the other finally came around, though the questions seemed as though the want for knowledge was because of Mystery's rude aristocratic attitude. "....My dream... " He said this longing and casting a gaze over Mystery, watching her as she tried to catch fish- which was rare and he laughed internally about it a few times. "...The reason, why I do for others and only want for others- is because that is my calling. The object of my existence, and it hasnt changed over the years. My dreams...." He repeated from seconds before..
His tail gave a ring to it.. Letting his hair cover almost half of his face.. It was getting longer from the time spent with Mystery and hadnt intended of cutting it.
The aristocrat watched and finally slashed her paw in to the soda [which she hated with a passion, getting wet was nasty and icky] And grasped a gummy fish- but that failed almost immediately when the gummy fish started to flail and was just as bout slippery as soap!? She grasped around as it jumped out of her hands and finally grasped it with her talons digging in to it. "Heh. Finally!" She was now accomplished and turned back towards Juunigatsu with the fish in her maw, blushing as she came back to him and put it in front of him- not knowing Bee had come back and didnt realize he was beside Juu. She finally looked up with her hair flowing every which way as she smiled brightly- it was one of the first time she smiled so brightly but she felt in her heart she could finally do somethng for HIM. It was one of those bishi smiles but the moment came to rest when she opened her eyes to find Bee beside him. And the glow had reached its end.
Juunigatsu noticed how cute she became, when she finally did something not for herself but for another. It had ended too quickly.. She had finally smiled with joy and he admired that and had asked for it for many times. "Had fun..?" He smiled and patted the Cat's head softly. "Thank you..." He lent down and slicked his talon to cut it in half, then he leaned down and took one half in his maw and offered the other to Bee.
My-sama watched... and quickly jumped to the other side of Juunigatsu, slipping under his arm with her wings slicked behind her. Watching intently at the other male- wondering why had he come back... Wasn't he guna fall off a tree again. She grumbled a bit but laid her head on Juunigatsu's leg.. Flipping her tail around.. Wanting to know now what they were saying and how long had he been with Juunigatsu.
Sayuri looked aside her at the lil perma and once she came along to give her the tea, she slipped her paw over it and pushed it more inwards towards her, then snuck a pat on the perma's head. Then Sayuri watched the comforting paw come towards her.. She almost automatically raised her paw to touch his but once it drew near to touch- she hesitated and pulled her paw back... Blushes nervously.. and gulped, then decided she needed to change. She needed to open...
She then put her paw in to his. Hearing the disappointing news that neither the other partner was hre- and knowing that Fi-sama wasn't here because of Tonbo and Jaden. His paw felt so warm.. and it made her heart beat sufficiently faster.. enough that it made her raise her head to finally look in to his face again.. Her glowing eyes watched him.. His facial features.. and his voice was so soft... "...I...am in love with someone... " She finally admitted... and her heart sank once again.. and her glowing eyes started watering.. She couldnt help it and didnt realize, she hadn't cried ever before. There usually was no need.. She had Chi always to comfort her and help her and keep her in that sugar coated shield of protection- but once expirencing the outside world.. And to meet many others, fighting and all.. Then to finally find a love. Wasn't what she had planned... It was heartbreaking.
Though thankfully no tears touched her cheeks- they were reserved for giving her glowing eyes, the look of a glaze over it. She hadn't told anyone about HER love. Except the female in question.. which disappeared from her sight again.. "...And.. I just feel.. " She never even told her feelings to anyone else!? To strangers- ... even though most of Chi's numas found Kitty's numas to be friends- and close enough to be family at moments and were often very highly talked upon. How grand of each Numa was and how they were.. but still. Sayuri still thought of them as almost strangers..
Her tail swayed under her seat... "...I don't.. know what to do."
She looked at the male- .. Looking for something she could finally do. Escape herself from.. Her character was more manly as well. Romantic, and a little bit taller than the average female and often never said anything about feelings. Alone. That is how she usually was- solitude. To talk such hate against males when she was smaller- she did act like one at times. "..This feeling is hurtful." Her face showed the look of a deep pain, and yet girly for that glimpse moment.. Fighting the fact now she wouldnt cry.. and kept the tears a glaze on her eyes. Her paw started shaking- hwo could she be falling apart in front of another!? This wasn't like her- she hadnt done this- ...Why.. Why she repeated in her head. The steam of the tea flowed on her face, making her chin and cheeks warm.. the smell lightly calming her.. Just a bit- but somehow not enough.

Bee had been sitting around the side of the tree that Juu was sitting near, he moved a little, down close to the ground so that his head was lowered, he looked up at Juu and nodded, it was that he was intrigued with Juu and Mys, the way the had just left him and not argued, he'd wanted them too almost, he was pulled after them because he really did want to know. Bee looked to Mystery at the water while Juu spoke. "I don't understand, though, what do you mean by calling. Someone told you to watch out for your family?" Bee watched Mys catch the fish and bring it forward with his gaze low, when she arrived and gave the catch to Juu and then noticed him there he was quick to apologize, Bee did indeed have manners, he was just slow to use them. "My-sama," the only name by which he knew to call her, "I'm sorry about before, er, I didn't intend to insult or be rude..." Bee took the fish half, but he didn't eat it, he didn't want to refuse it and be rude again, but he didn't eat candy much.
Jaden smiled for 'Moon' but was really at a loss to understand what was so upsetting to the dark fairy, she was just to young to understand what being in love was like, and the heartache that it could bring. Everyone that she had ever known was within easy reach, yes Fiara was away, but Jaden had came when Fiara was away, so the girl understood what 'lives far from here' meant, if she wanted to see someone it was just a matter of going to see them, or waiting for them to come and see her. Sometimes that wasn't as often as she wanted but, Jaden didn't know how small her world was yet. She watched the adults with her eyes wide, still sipping at her tea and feeling sad that 'Moon' was sad.
Giving her hand a brief squeeze, Xiang left his hand there if it seemed she didn't mind, he smiled encouragingly when she admitted her love, not understanding the shimmer in her eyes, love was something to be glad about, not sorry. "I'm so sorry Moon, I don't understand, being in love is a wonderful, joyful thing, why is it hurtful to you?" His eyes shown with compassion, he was trying to understand, maybe the one she was in love with, didn't share the feeling? He held her shaking paw with his own, patting it and murmuring 'there there'. Xi reached for a napkin and placed it before Sayuri, if he would have had a handkerchief that would have been better but the soft cloth napkin was all he had to offer her, if she needed to dab her eyes.

Her ears perked and went to their sides. Leaning over and watching Bee for the moment. "I am sorry for the way you acted as well. It was very.. immature." She gave him a face of some kind of grumpy creature that really had a soft side to her if she wanted. But that wasn't what she would give out the public. Her curled her tail and let her wings rest upon her back.. "Juu.. -" She looked at him finally.. He was too kind to others- exspecially rude ones. Was still her mind set for this male.
J"I was created for that purpose." He tilted his head and smiled at the male, and lightly pawed at Mystery's cheek. "You. You need to calm a bit.. He came here to apologize. Be nice.."
"You weren't created for that!" She growled at his remark but later retorted her head back and put her head upon her paws, laying down and calming for the moment.. "Alright. But because YOU said so." She then looked at the Bee for the moment now- .. yet again.. The smell of soda on her paws made her even more angry and grumpy.. She hated soda- and even any sort of liquidly substance other than milk.
"... Hm." He nodded. "Do you know what your calling is..? The thing you feel you need to do above all else?" He softly petted the cat like numa with his paw.. To calm her grumpy attitude. She was usually like this around any others.. A level lower for her family and only kind to certain others in the family. "I have the feeling.. the drive for it.. And as I saw you fly I couldn't help but smile.. Something I had never seen another do of our 'kind'... You must have so many ideas if you could come out with something like that."
Mystery watched Juu.. Now feeling something wrong in her heart. He was ... creating that aura of sorrow now.. Now she wished she were at home so she could stuff him cookies and such soft things.. Not knowing that it was bad for Juu to keep eating candy- and he was slowly getting sick. But he never showed it!?
She looked up at him.. "Be-because.. She.. always ..Disappears after I wake.. I go.. in search for her.. but I don't think I can take it anymore.. always loosing her touch.. It hurts.." Her ears fanned down and one tear rolled down her face.. "I-I don't know.. she hasn't told me.. anything.. if she wants to be with me or not. Its like she slips beyond my finger tips and goes a place where I can't touch her.. But sometimes.. It feels like she confys only in me.. but the graveyard is so vast! I can't find her always and its hard!" She whimpered.. Her wings flapped and caused them to produce smoke hovering around her wings..
"And.. it just ails ... it ails me.." She explained.. "I dunno if I should.. stop now.. or hold on a bit longer...." She was trying to old back all her feelings but they seemed to bypass her and slip out more and more. "I dunno to move on.. on stay trying to find her.. " She remembered that they promised.. and falling in love.. hurt.. She had lost all herself ... remembering so many other girls that had befriended her.. yet.. Lenith.. was her one.. and she didnt want anyone else.. -she curled her tail around teh seat... Then sniffled- looking at Jade. She wanted happiness.. and she even thought of babies.. why had.. my heart thumped.. so hard..

Bee lowered his ears and lowered his head down to the ground resting it on his paws, "Even if I don't want to be, still it seems I am..." He murmured in response to Mys, "If I can make it up to you both, in some way, name it. I can get some really good treats from my uncle, that you both could like, or from my aunt, she's Coffee too, I could get, oh anything, something interesting, she always finds weird stuff in the Swamps." He looked hopeful for a moment, the expression and posture made him look even younger than he was.
He perked up a bit listening to Juu talk, but it was only just the smallest amount, because he didn't. "I... don't," he admitted, "The things I feel I need to do are, like, just well, things for myself, and that's not a calling," he shook his head and his voice wavered slightly. "I do get lots of ideas, but they don't just come from me, my friend Keiso thinks them up with me, or he has in the past. But all the things I do and work for, they're not for protection of others... I mean I'm glad that it made you smile to see it," his sore wings twitched, "and I guess that's something good, but I like better this feeling, of others." Bee still hadn't touched the fish to eat it, he handed it back to Juu or to Mys not wanting it to go to waste. "Like I said I could get something to make up for what I did," he sits up a little now. "Something sugary for My and something not sugary for Juu?" He was earnest now, really wanting to help.
Jaden was upset to see Moon so sad that she got down from her chair and went over to her and hugged her, she had to half way climb up the chair to do it but she did and she hung on tightly, in her head she was rethinking her story now and she looked up at the dark fairy and there were tears in her eyes too cause she didn't know what else she could do.
Xiang had the same idea, it took him a bit longer to reach Sayuri, so Jade was already hugging her by now but he added to the hug if she would permit it. "I'm so sorry Moon," He let go after a time and crouched down to look up at her, Jade would still be holding on, "My heart goes out to you, it really does, that, that the ones we love sometimes aren't within easy reach. I think, that, it's just a part of life," Xi was choked up when he spoke, trying his best to comfort and console, "I want to tell you that, everything will be okay in the end, that she'll come back to you and that you'll live long together and have lots of babies, but even if I wish it, and you wish it, and even Jaden," here the youth nodded her head furiously and clung tighter. "We don't know for sure what will happen. But I also think that, that you had the chance at love with her is still something worthwhile. I don't think you should give up, but I also don't think that you should be unhappy, you have to do what is best for you. So I want to say, don't give up, but don't reject others in your life either." Xi smiled at her, it was a half smile of trying to understand and comfort and also hiding a bit of his own sadness. He had love and happiness and a family and somehow they all seems to slip away from him, they were all nearby, but somehow still they felt out of reach, that he had missed important things.
Xi stood after a time, when he smelled that the latest batch of cookies seemed to be burning in the oven, and went to get them out. Indeed they had burnt, and as he pulled them from the oven he thought of his sons, first Jayce who would possibly enjoy them and then Zenith, he was on Xi's mind along with Fiara too. Xi turned and smiled for the females, but he left the cookies on the stove and went to sit again, "Try the tea Moon, its calming and sweet," he picked up his own and drank it.

She watched Bee for a moment then turned away. She wouldn't just forgive and forget. That was Juu's job and she wouldn't put up with it.. Kids and teens alike is something she didn't deal with at all. Her tail waving about as it curled around her.
"I see. One day you'll find it.. No one can tell you what your purpose is.. Your heart must tell you." He leaned forward a bit and smiled at Bee. Putting a paw over Bee's head. "you'll find it.." He reassured.. Then he noticed that he didn't eat the fish- good reason. My didn't understand that Coffee's couldn't eat sweets.. It didn't matter non the less for him, he just liked to see her happy. "Thatd be nice... " He looked over at My. "Why don't we go and meet then your 'family' ? We have time to spare.. we were just on for a stroll really.."
She looked up at Juu.. His eyes were soft and reassuring.. So she turned and bowed to the Bee. Then stood up straight finally. "So asking forgiveness means we have to forgive you. Listen.. Instead of you thinking about others- and letting others push you around and THINK for you. Think for yourself! " When she heard something she didn't like. She stood up for it.. and it was harsh.. for herself because she let no one live her life. It was hers.. "You TRYING to find it. GO AFTER IT!" She snapped at him and hung her arms around Juu's neck.. Snuggling her nose against his neck and shoulder. "You don't have to waste your heart on someone like this...Don't spill it.. Im afraid." She thought that if he said what his calling was- that someone would snatch it away.. And she wanted to protect it with all her being.
Juu let himself free and hugged her, -slanting her back and cradling her in his arms as he stood. "Well are we going." He totally disregarded her words.. she was worrying too much. His hair slid over half his face and his bright jade eye looked at Bee. "Forgive her yet again.. She has to learn to quiet down.. " He bowed with her in his arms. "I'll be happy to meet to eat or snag any forgiveness.. But really. I had already forgiven you.. We both have." One could tell that My didn't totally agree but she blushed a bit.. knowing deep down she had forgiven him too. Her tail waverer ed.. and her wings curled close to her back.
Her eyes widened.. She.. was crying... Then she felt small arms wrap around her waist.. Then another pair of arms.. They.. were warm.. A blush came over her.. Slicking her ears back. She... was happy.. at this moment.. her lonliness seemed to slip away.. and was pouring out of her.. Her tail curled around the little one.. She couldn't hep but to smile.. brightly, tears still running down her eyes.. "Thank you.. " Was the only thing she could say.. When she felt the warmer arms leave her- she looked to the male, and put an arm around Jade.. Listening to him...
"Im sorry!" She exclaimed as she smelt the burnt cookies.. 'Im im sorry i made you burn your cookies!" She exclaimed. She turned and picked up Jade in her arms, holding one arm around her.. and listened.. Bowing her head and taking.. a sip of the tea.. "!? " He was right. It smoothed her.. and calmed her soul.. She looked at Jade, and lightly dried off the little girl's tears.. "Shuu.." Smiling kindly.. Motherly.. She had that about her.. Every child she came across. Though to a male she would fight them. Full grown men- and normally looked to mean to approach but every child.. she had met seemed to notice that soft delicate part of herself.. The one that would mend .. She leaned and kissed Jade's forehead, and brushed her hair out of her face, showing the smile to jade.. with tears still falling...
She took what he said in to her heart.. To not forget to accept others in to her heart.. and she found that THEY found their way in to her heart... It was warm.. where she was now.. Sitting here..

Bee was disapointed that he has made such a bad impression to Mystery that she wouldn't even look at him, but he kept his attention on Juunigatsu while he spoke and nodded at the wise words. "I, guess so." Bee admitted reluctantly, he didn't like the answer because it left him in the same place he had been, now with more questions. Bee stood up and brushed the leaf and twigs from his fur and fluffing his hair.
"I think we should head back to the Swamps first, if that is okay with you two, I just think it would be easier to find George if we look for her now instead of later, she was here in Candyland earlier today and so she still should be within the border area of the Swamp instead of deeper in-" He was cut off by Mystery and was quick to speak back to her, trying to keep his voice in check, "N-no, I know you don't have to forgive me, I just want you to though, but you don't have to just because of that, that's why I want to do something nice to make up for it," his voice wavered when he spoke, but he had resigned himself knowing that it would. He hung his head.
"Either way, I can only do, what I can do, until I learn better... right?" he shruged and turned from them heading in the direction of the swamps, but in a differernt direction than the way they had came before, George would probably be in the Swamp area nearer to Xiang's cave than the cafe where they had been, she usually hung near the edge on the days she visited Candy, not always though, so he hoped for some luck, and that he could get something interesting for them. Juu in particular more than Mys on this trip, because it was the Swamp and he didn't know if she liked coffee things, there were cream springs in the swamps, more so along the northern edges nearer to the mountians, since it was colder there the cream was better, but that would be a full day trek to reach and through the Swamp to boot. He was thinking that while they found something for Juu, maybe he would learn more about what Mys liked and could come up with a better idea for her.
For him, this was a step in the right direction, or so he thought.
Jaden put her tiny hands on Sayuri's face to wipe away the tears falling from the glowing cat-like eyes, she also smiled, she wanted to tell Moon that it was okay to cry, so she let her own tears flow for a little while longer and rested her head on Sayuri's shoulder, hugging the older female still.
"No, no, that is quite alright Moon, don't worry, it isn't your fault at all. They won't go to waste either, I'll wrap them up and send them to my son Jayce and his mate. This isn't the first time a batch has burnt and it won't be the last, that's the way things go sometimes." Xi shook his head and smiled, to reassure her before leaning over to read Jade's note. "Yes of course, if she would like. You're welcome to come anytime and spend some time with Jade and I, we'd both enjoy your company." Xi refilled their cups with tea before he got up to scrape the blackened cookies from the tray and set them aside on the rack to cool. That had been the last batch anyway, so the pan went into the sink to be washed with the others.
After a time of being held Jaden wiggled around to face the table and still sitting on the dark fairy's lap, reached for her note pad. /Is okay for Moon to be here and help with us if she want?/ She wrote quickly but neatly, before adding a question to Sayuri.
/Moon you want to help with us?/ She indicated the packaging of the cookies, unless Sayuri had something else she must to, she would be really happy to have her stick around and spend some time.
/Or we can do something else if you think cookie is boring./

the female watched Bee closely.. They were going in to the 'swamps
...Places where Candies hate or scared of going. She didn't care though... Looking at Juu she never knew he liked coffee stuff.. Was odd that he just accepted Bee's invention.
"Ah .." He smiled softly.. "Hopefully i get to say hello to the Cafe~ Their workers must be out though at this time..." It was getting later on in the day.. The rave party would be starting in a few hours then. "I haven't been in these swamps in a while.." As he took long strides and upon entering he noted Mystery.. Thinking about what she was thinking and if she was comforted..
By this time Mystery curled on to Juu's back, waving her tail around behind them, as her head laid comforted on Juu's shoulders..looking across the way as she saw the darkness fill the swamps..
She curled on arm around Jaden softly in a hug.. With the other she sipped the last of the tea and slowly got up right after. "Heh.. Thank you guys.." Carrying Jaden in her arms and moving closer to the cookie. "If you guys don't mind teaching me.. " Letting her glowing eyes cool down from the few minutes of intense tears.. "I could spend some time.. I don't have anywhere to go now.." Nodding and would let Jaden down if she wanted but other wise she could help her down.. Her tail whipping to each side.. "Thank you..." She finally said using her breath that had been so harshly cold from the tears and emotions.. Her long hair swirled in front of her and since she was working with food she pulled back her hair behind her ears and tucked her ears down..
