Dislikes: Killing, sour things, rain, somber moods, people making fun of his size...
Personality: He loves to fight and he loves to grin. Oddly enough though, he doesn't like to kill things that aren't hollows. Doesn't even like to see things die even if it would be a little squirrel or a dog. Too much structure gets to him too. Sure, he was fine as a third seat in the 11th division. But in the eleventh division at that rank, he did pretty much as he pleased so it wasn't too constricting. Now though, having been on the run, getting cramped in got to him so often times he would go on his own. As long as he can wander about as he pleases though and have fun he's fine. Now, if someone were to make fun of him though he can be quick to enter into a fight. It happens a good deal. He can go from being pleasent and joking around to suddenly trying to beat someone to the ground. It's something that has gotten him in trouble before, though now he has gotten better at it compared to when he was still a shinigami.

Zanpack-tu: Nio within it's sealed form shows Takeru's reluctance to kill by taking on the form of a reversed blade sword. Nio's shikai form oddly enough takes form of an umbrella with a hooked handle. Despite it's weak looking appearance, it is quite strong being able to deflect zanpaktous in it's opened or closed state without breaking or tearing. The biggest thing Nio's shikai does is adds on extra ability of a shield. It being strong enough not only to deflect other zanpaktou attacks but many kido spells and cero blasts among other things.

Weapon: Nio's transformation into it's shikai form is done by reciting the following poem.

Romanji: harukaze ya | henro meshi kuu | Niomon
Translation: spring breeze | pilgrims eating rice | Nio Gate
Other power: Takeru has high agility and is great in Shunpo. That along with using Nio are his main forms of combat. He has always sucked at performing kido but does have a nack when it comes to hollow attacks. Cero blasts being his most used, followed by Bala and can be shot from his mouth or hands. Though basically worthless as he already has Shunpo, Takeru has learnt how to use Sonido as well.
