Kessel was wandering around outside of what was to be his new home. Bale had given him the directions before going on his way, and the puppy had taken them, eventually ending up at the site of the old, abandoned temple. It felt funny to him almost, to be staying in one of these old structures that had obviously housed humans once before. He had never even seen a human in person himself, and had only heard descriptions of them, and that they only really lived in the South, now. He sniffled, a little nervous to go inside all on his own. He rather wished that he hadn't parted ways with Naorue, and wondered if anyone else was apart of Bale's Militia. Quickly becoming a bit impatient, he got up and began to look for the entrance way to the building, not really wanting to wait outside for Bale or someone else to come along. Even if there were spirits in the building, they couldn't hurt him. Nothing to be scared of!

hearing someone come close, Tyrril perked his ears, turning to the noise.
He had grown fond of this old temple, ever since it was shown to him by Bale long ago. The horrible smell of human had faded long ago, and now only the falling snow, and the occasional show of Bale kept him company.
Now, seeing a new pup, one he didn't recognize, made him edgy, and he stood, his tail dangerously low to the ground and still. His voice is a deep and growling seduction, obviously meant to be a pleasant sound, now audible only to the ears of Kessel.
'Who are you, pup?'

The youngster bristled a little bit at the sound of the growl, lightly startled. He jerked his head toward the source, his eyes settling onto the older wolf immediately. His own tail wagged weakly, and he knew the other must have been part of Bale's pack as well.
"Hello! My name is Kessel." he said, and started to move toward the older wolf, admiring his appearance. Such a pretty white coat, it probably provided exquisite camouflage when he was hunting. "What is your name? I met Bale a while ago and he told me to come here when I joined his pack." he explained, stopping a respectable distance away from the adolescent.

Bale crept down from the mountain side pushing past the lifeless forest at it's base. Working his wait from the withered, leafless mass of tree he came around the side of once occupied temple where the humans would pray to their gods. By the looks of things, their gods were not there anymore. The place was an absolute mess. Chunks of stone brick were falling inwards, threatening to make the roof come down on itself, the only thing keeping it from doing so were the sturdy arched pillars that supported the majority of the building.
Quitely, Bale slipped in through a hole in the back, coming out into a circular room the glowed all sorts of shades and hues as the light broke through the massive stained glass structures that depicted stories that the Northern villages elders told about their gods. Although with the images warmly colored reds oranges yellows shown through from the main pane, it felt almost melancholic.
Bale gazed at the images for awhile, thinking about his past life, and how things had been before. It mad him bitter, looking away only to catch the site of Kessle's hind quarters wandering out form the main entrance of the temple. Not caring too much to be left alone with his thoughts he growled and stalked onwards to meet up with the young pup.

Giving a slight twitch of his nose, Tyrril blinked and gave a gentle and approving growl of the spotted pup.
"My name is Tyrril." His now pleasant voice has a tone of cashmire, soft and flowing.
His crimson eyes flick to the pup and he steps forward and stops in front of him. His blue tinted nose wriggles as he sniffs, memorizing the pups scent. Satisfied with the smell, he steps back and sits down.
"So you say Bale told you to come here. Where is he, little Kessel?" His crimson eyes are searching, smiling in a way.

Kessel sat still as the snowy white male came closer to sniff at him, and he leaned up to do the same, peering up at the interesting facial markings the other wolf had. "It's good to meet you, Tyrril...you're part of the pack too, aren't you?" he asked, tail wagging.
He was about to answer Tyrril's question, when a growl from behind him caught his attention, his ears swiveling back before he turned his head to look, grinning a little bit. "There he is. I'm not sure where he went, after we met for the first time." Kessel answered, turning to meet his pack leader. "Hello Bale!"

Upon making his way past the rows of wooden benches his eyes found a second figure out by Kessel. The dark blue marking were unmistakable, it had been long sense he'd had seen Tyrril, and though he accepted him, he was not exactly sure if he consider the other good company with their past fights for dominance. It was more a brotherly thing, but like any older brother it was his job to make sure he knew his place.
"Why, I'm right here." He said in a velvet tone coming up on the two of them.

Tyrril looks up to Bale, and immediately his eyes brighten.
"Hello Bale." He lowers his head respectfully in greeting of the ice spirit, then raises it again, taking in the sight of the two of them. He flicks his eyes to Kessel.
"Yes, I am a part of this pack...I have known Bale for quite some time..."
His memory serves him the reason for the two pale scars on his nose. Since that time, the fight and loss for dominance against Bale, he had respected the spirit with a ferocity that was unrivaled. He was willing to give his life for Bale, and Bale knew it.
His eyes smile as he steps forward and rubs against his leader, then steps away and sits back at his original spot and returns his attention to the both of them, as apposed to only giving his attention to Bale.

"I see." he said, smiling lightly, his little tufted tail wagging. He was happy to be around other wolves again, even if they were older. He still missed Naorue though...maybe they would run into each other sometime again. It would be great if she joined the Tundra Militia. He didn't think there were any other pups in Bale's pack.
"How are you, Bale?" he asked politely, trying to start a conversation. He figured neither of them probably wanted to play silly puppy games, so he would try and talk to them instead.

( I has to go. So I make my leave. Gotes to go shopping)
Bale pulled back at Tyrril came to greet him with a friendly rub, pushing his lips back so that his canines showed through as he shot Tyrril and unpleasant low toned growl from the pit of his throat. Bale wasn't much for physical contact and wasn't very fond of Tyrril's welcome, even if it was intended as friendly.
" Unfortunately. I won't be staying long..." His gaze drifted to the back of the temple, taking another look a the glowing images once last time. Releasing a heavy breath from his snout Bale return to the two of them.
" I have some business that needs to be attended to." He said rather shadily.

(I need to go as well. I have an impatient boyfriend waiting for my call. We must continue this soon.) Hearing the growl from Bale, he lowered his ears, apologetically. He seemed disappointed as well that Bale would not be staying long.
Even if Bale did resent Tyrril in a way, he enjoyed the spirit's company. For a moment, he stares at the stone floor, then releases a breath and raises his eyes once again. He was at least happy to see Bale, happy to see that the ice spirit was alive and well.
"Do return soon Bale...and be careful." He turned away, glancing up at the glowing images that seemed to entrance Bale so. It was his favorite place in the entire temple, and he enjoyed sleeping there. Stopping, he turns to Kessel.
"Little Kessel, if you have a place you want to go...then go." His voice is a low purr now. "But be warned, anyone you bring here without getting consent from Bale, that is not apart of this pack, I will slaughter mercilessly." His eyes, dancing with the thought, turn back to the glowing part of the temple, and he continues to walk on.
He had said all that was needed, and intended now to get some sleep before going to hunt.

(Okay guys, we can definitely pick it up later <3)
Kessel seemed to droop a bit as Bale growled at Tyrril. He knew himself not to get close to strange wolves, and wondered over their relationship with one another. Did Tyrril know Bale from before or during the war? The questions tugged at him, but he did not ask, not wanting to annoy Tyrril, or worse, Bale. He sensed Tyrril's disappointment over Bale's spurning of the touchy greeting, and felt bad for him. Apparently there was no tolerance with trying to act close toward the icy packleader.
Kessel peered up at the stained glass as Tyrril did, and nodded to Bale, reinforcing the adolescent's requests. He was sure, however, that Bale rarely had to be careful whenever he traversed the snowy terrain. He was the lord of the north, afterall. When Tyrril turned to speak, his words made the puppy bristle again softly, his ears pinning back in distress.
"I have nowhere to go..." he said, the gladness draining from his face at the other's warning. What if Naorue found her way here? He had been playing with the thought of going out and looking for her himself, but now he was going to have to rethink that idea. Or ask Bale. "Alright....I won't bring anyone else here." he said, and slunk off to leave Tyrril to his nap, figuring he would explore the den for a while on his own.

Arising from his sleep, Tyrril groans with a stretch and shakes the snow out from his fur. Sniffling his blue nose, he blinks and looks around.
The temple did look a little worse for wear what with the stone roof nearly caving in, but it hadn't fallen yet, and he had been here for quite some years.
"Nothing to fear quite yet, I suppose..." Chuckling to himself as he thinks of the humans that had been chased from this temple long ago, Tyrril shakes his head. Looking at the walls, his eyes, in a way, seem to darken. Something about the way the glass stories glowed made him remember things that he himself hadn't experienced. Past lives that he knew nothing of. It confused him...made him remember his own past...
Suddenly feeling a melancholy warmth tug at his heart, he growls and shakes his head vigorously. Tyrril would not allow his past to be a hindrance to him. As Bale had often told him while he was growing up, "Do not forget the past, allow it to strengthen you. Think of your future and what you have to live for. Allow that strength to carry you on, not hinder you."
He breathes out sharply as he glances around, away from the glowing pictures, looking for the new addition, Kessel.
He twitches his ears about, listening for any sound other than the almost nonexsistant noise of snowfall. Hearing nothing, he begins to worry for the pup and calls out to him.
"Kessel!"

The puppy had been off wandering through another room, minding his own business and being quiet, for the most part, since he had seen that Tyrril was going to take a nap. Hearing his name being called, he quickly made his way back to the middle room, tail wagging a little as he hurried to the call.
The strange place didn't seem to affect the pup as it did the two adults. He found the stained glass to be quite beautiful, and interesting to look at. It amazed him that anyone could build something so pretty.
He finally reached the room, and stopped before Tyrril, tail sill wagging lightly as he looked up at the adolescent. "Yes? Sorry, I was looking around in another room." he said, hoping his excuse would suffice. He hadn't been tired, and wanted to explore, and play, as most puppies did.

Watching the pup trounce up to him, he grins slightly. He remembered that short time so many years ago when he was a puppy, so full of life and light.
Shaking his head gently, he smiles at the puppy and wags his tail gently. "That's quite alright little Kessel." He blinks and looks out to the snow. "I apologize for frightening you earlier, I was a bit tired." Turning his crimson eyes to the pup, he smiles again.
"So, where did you come from, if I may ask? You say you spoke to Bale earlier today and he told you to come here...Do you have no family?" Something flickers behind his stunning eyes, but it was barely noticeable. Taking a seat on the cold stone floor, he gazes at the spotty pup, waiting patiently for his reply.
