how do I make a bouquet

I have a bunch of carnations that I want to make into a bouquet of about 10. But how do I do it? I made two bouquets of one flower each. Do I just do this until I have ten little ones and then they merge?

No, you have to have 10 plain (un-bouqueted) carnations, then go to the exchange, and there will be an option to make a bouquet of 10..
