I was just wondering what everyone's favorite fairytales in other languages are. : )
I'm on a bit of a fairytale kick lately, and I went, "Hey. I should try reading some French ones," (although it's slow going as I have to keep opening my dictionary. xD)
I'm rather fond of Charles Perrault's Les Souhaits Ridicules (The Ridiculous Wishes).

I like Perrault, too, but I've only read him in English. crying Is there a website or something with his stuff in French?

I've been trying out some fairytales in German lately - great but as someone else said, dictionary must remain at hand.
