Well personally I hate seeing the frosh of my HS so lost and confuzzled so i thought maybe you guys could give me some advice to give them. i mean being a Upperclassmen isn't exactly a peice of cake so any advice you can give for me and other upperclassmen would be great.

I haven't yet started my reign as an upper-class(wo)man...I start grade 11 in 6 days. I am excited because getting to do "big girl" things like be a YCL at girls camp and be in the older group of EFY was great. I feel so big! biggrin But I think the best thing about not being a freshman, is that you have to at least be a sophomore to be on dance team. The cool thing about that is for assemblies, i don't have to sit in the crowded icky bleachers...I get to sit on the floor with the team. YEAH!

...um, as for actual advice, I don't have much...I just wanted to express my enthusiasm for being a big girl... sweatdrop

my advice to you is enjoy the time you have in high school... life get hard after that so just do what you need to do like home work (really home work is not all that bad... you have home work in jobs too). help every one that looks like they need it... it is really easy to walk up to some one carring a lot of things and say " would you like some help with that?" so that is what i have to say! hope that helps! whee

I'm a sophmore... and it's really fun. It's a bit hard, I have more/harder classes and get LOTS of homework. I gotta say the thing that bugs me most is finally being a shophmore and, me being so small, people still think I'm a freshman stare I dunno, I like homework and do good in school... I guess it's natural for me, so I can't really help with advice there. Just rule the school while you can blaugh And if you're small, like me, stay away from really tall people ((caus' I've been ran into like ten times so far XP )) also, if you're small... lets hope your last name doesn't start with a letter at the very back of the alphabet, caus' then when you're put in alphabetical order assigned seats you have to look over all the tall peoples head. stressed

Riiiiiight.... ninja

Here's a tip: Milk chugging contests are the funnies... but clear the table first, because I laughed today when I had one, it came out of my nose and got all over the table. 3nodding

Befriend everyone. Don't be an rude or act superior. I will guarantee you, that once you walk down that graduation line. None of the titles you recieved in high school will mean jack crap. Doesn't matter if you were Homecoming Queen or Druggie during your high school days. However your friends will always be there if you care for them and treat eachother right after high school.

Another piece of advice...no matter what people might say to you...do not go to prom...it is overrated. The music that is played, and the way people dance to it is just vulgar. Seriously, I went my junior year and I do not plan on going this year (even though it is free). stare

No way, church dances are awesome. At our stake's dances practicaly EVERYONE dances. Even I dance sweatdrop , and I'm not even outgoing. All that aside, church dances are really what one make out of them 3nodding .

All depends on where you live to determine that. The age group has an effect on it too. For instance; 13 year olds are less likely to dance then the 17 and 18 year olds. In some areas more 15 year olds dance then others.

I think almost any dance is over-rated. Depends on where you live. Some places do not allow vulgar language to be played at school-related activities. Due to the Parental Advisory laws in the music industry. Since students go to those dances are are not of appropriate age to be purchasing those albums from record stores.
