After visiting Bastet's herd, Lyric's only lead was to go back to Yisi for any signs of Sekhmet. This awful feeling was now draining himself of color as he knew he realitively had no idea where the foal could have went or if she would even trust him if he had found her. He hadn't sung in days. This was a revelation that had stunned him, he suppose that the thought of this missing young one had taken most of the cheer out of him.

Too much was on the mind of the Bae, usually he was full of life, but something had happened while in Ryuten. It wasn't that he had disliked being there, but he had been forced to face his past, to face that he had been an utter disappointment to his family. He disliked thinking of such things, he disliked being depressed. The more he thought about it he disliked many things, he especially disliked disliking things.

Heaving a sigh, Lyric let his body drift to the ground below him. He pulled his head up to watch a few birds in the sky above him. That brought a tiny smile to his face. Maybe things weren't all that bad, especially if the beloved species of animal could cheer him up. He hoped he'd find this girl soon. He'd like to see Bastet smile for once, though there was this part of him that kept running over the thought that she actually didn't want to see her little girl...
