Those r all great ideas! there might be a problem though, sometimes people lie about getting hacked just for people to feel bad and to get more donations so we should be very careful with that... u know? maybe, if the person who got hacked would have to be asked a numerous amount of question about what happened and stuff and if it is believeable then we could help, just an idea sorry.
