"Kuyo. Today is boring!" the darkened monster floated in the wasteland they called home, as his companion looked through a small puddle down at a human.
"I don't think so Tuyk." Kuyo replied as he scribbled something down in a small black book in his hand.
"Only cause you have so much malice and spite to kill constantly." the first shinigami grinned.
"Yeah, but I do say. I wish I could go down there... But nothing really appeals to me." Kuyo slowly switched his sitting position.
"Then you mustn't know. If you go down there, and find a companion, you could get whatever you desire! Humans will do anything to appease the Shinigami of a Death Note." Tuyk smiled large as he got closer to the smaller shinigami.
"Really? Whatever I desire most that I can't get here!" the small shinigmai shifted in his seat again.
"Yes... Whatever you can't get hear, if they can get it!" the large shinigami turned and walked away, as the much smaller shinigami turned toward the puddle.
"Let me see what I can find!" Kuyo held out his Death Note between his fingers, then slowly let it slipped out. The book plumeted to Earth. With a splat it landed on the ground, and Kuyo watched and waited for someone to pick it up.

OOC: OKAY! I don't know why, but I Wanted to do a Death Note RP.. So whoevr posts next can take claim to the death note. Please try to state the city you are in (real or fake). And to other RPs you may not think you can join once the first person gets the note but think, Are you like L? Willing to kill innocent people to get the hand of justice who kills the guilty? The owner of the note, are you a hand of justice or a psycho killer? I'm sue everyone can find there place, but remember unless you saw the person pick up the deathnote you have no idea they have it unless they tell you, and you cna't see me unless you have touched my death note (as I'm Kuyo.
Also, I would really appeacite it if there wern't to many Shinigami..... Cause if there is one Deathnote owner, and like 60 Shinigami,that would be bad.. Lets make our own Death Note Story!

IC:
As the girl picked up the deathnote from the ground. A noise called out before her, like metal hitting concrete. The smell of burnt bones and wood filled the air, and the tempture seemed to raise slightly.
"So you are the new keeper of my Deathnote," a whispering voice from behind her sizzled in her ear.

OC: This is what I look like



Her name means Beloved Grace of Angels, I wanted it to mean something like Light's did because his last name meant night god, the way it was spelled.





IC: Startled but oddly not scared she turns to see who has approached her. A male, for he had the build of a man; humanoid shaped creature in cloak stood be fore her. "Well your different, I've never seen a preternatural creature like you before...and you said this book is yours yet I'm the keeper now? She said slighty confused?

OH! Pardon my manners, I shouldn't have called you a creature. Do forgive me. My name is Grace Angelica Davidson. What's yours?

IC: "WHAT" shouted Grace, " Are sure thats what you want, i mean its no problem for me to get, but its a unusual thing to want." "We could even get some now, if you would explain a bit more about whats going on while on the way to get it".


Oc: Yeah i purposely didn't say what it is... even though i don't think i'm supposed to know at the moment even though i do!

OOC:
I have a lot of catching up to do in the RPs.

IC:
I decided after some time to check if that girl was at the park still. She seemed nice and sure was lucky. I then told my parents that I would be gone for some time and took my jacket and left the house. I then walked to the park and saw the girl. I then saw her talking to herself. "This might not be a good idea." I said to myself. I walked up to her and said "Hi my name is Samuel but you can call me Sam."

OOC:
I forgot to name myself. I'll be Samuel.

OOC:
I'm adding a new sort of spice to this character. He is a person who once had a death note and has been driven mad by it to the point he thinks he is a shinigami. His parents locked him away because of his insanity and feigned his death as they thought they had lost there son. Several years later he still thinks of himself as a shingami...the parents became twisted as some of their family members were killed off. The made a notebook to look like a death note and convinced him that it was his. They would write down a name and description and show him the page, and he would go almost instinctively to the persons house and maim them.
His parents later were discovered. He was placed in a straight jacket in an institute. His previous life had been lost and he was to be killed as he was unfit for society until one day a curious man came buy and bought him. The two disappeared for several years...the murders have begun a new.

His name is forgotten, but he is know to the police and others as Omega Neko (as named for the cat ears he wears and the end of anyone who has seen him). The institute and those involved in the kid's arrest and attempted death...are now deceased as do to the man. It has been 5 more years since the last sighting of the man or Omega Neko. They are presumed dead.

IC:
Omega Neko rocked back and forth in the abondoned cold basement awaiting his orders.

OOC:
I don't know much, but I want to try it.

IC:
Leah walks out of the News building. "I never get a good story," she thought to herself. She had lived in this town for years and nothing good. Her column on the news' online page was about fashion. She no longer cared about fashion. She has been trying to get good story for years without luck. "5 years, and they all want to hear about this year's red carpet hit fashion," she said softly to herself. "I need a good story if I'm ever going to make it outside newspapers and blogging."

IC:
Once safe from prying eyes and heading for the market near her parent's house, Grace replied "Uncle Louie is awesome, one of the smartest and coolest people you could meet, except I don't think I'll be introducing you..yet. Louie's a proffesor at the University, he teaches about perpanatural creatures, which i suppose would include you." She ramble on while begining to read rules in the front of her new book.
"He's sort of like a big brother to me, even though he's my mom's younger brother. Oh and his bitchy girlfriend Ronnie will be there so if feel like playing any invisible pranks I suggest target her or my parents. Just leave Louie and Hope, that's my little sister alone. Or we won't be coming here as often as you like" said Grace as they approached an entrance to the area minimart.

OC:

That was alot, well i wanted to establish a little bit about Grace. She looks up to Louie, detests her parents, looks after her sister, but plans to take care of those she cares for.

Oh Yuu i like your characters, I think Omega Neko will make a great antagonist.
