The Title Page
The written expositions of those who dedicate their lives to the sea. Or rather, like to pretend they do in order to board that which Lithia Brandon calls her ship: the home of the eccentric Gaian and the ranks of Temeos under her watchful eyes.
This is the journal Title Page, a powerful vessel of language and retrospect, that transcends time as it maintains a record of the past, while ushering each new future with every sun rise over the horizon.
The words recorded herein are from the personal narratives of vicious introverts, noble experimenters and every other creature that joins the crew.

Owner Information
Name:
Lithia Brandon
Age:
21
Random Information:
"I'm sarcastic, and everything I say should be read with a comedic air. The internet makes allusions and good comedy difficult, because I can't predict how people will read something. So this... this is a disclaimer.
I love movies.
Actors are my drug of choice. I thrive vicariously through them, and I love watching them in their natural habitat. Movies are glorious, but behind-the-scenes featurettes are the stuff of dreams. Interviews, particularly ones with relaxed, unguarded actors are fantastic. It's all crack to me, and I'm painfully addicted.
Robert Downey Jr. Anthony Stewart Head. Kevin Spacey. Helena Bonham Carter. Geoffrey Rush. John Cusack, Alan Rickman, Tina Fey, Hugh Laurie, John C. McGinley, Ewan McGregor, Kate Winslet, Jack Black, Jeremy Irons, Michael Keaton, Johnny Depp, Al Pacino, Janeane Garofalo, Emma Thompson, Patrick Dempsey
Just to name a few. The first three are my Big Three. I have seen almost everything they've been in. Not kidding.
I love everything about the theatre, as wall. I'm a Journalism/Theatre double major. Journalism because I need a marketable skill, theatre because I can't live without it. I work with a professional theatre company during my summers away from school, and we do two Shakespeare shows a season. It is the greatest thing I have ever been involved with, and I'm blessed to be a part of it.
Video games are awesome. I'm a really big nerd, and gaming is just one of the many testaments to that.
I'm tired of talking about myself now."

The Thriller
Lithia's House:
The Thriller was once a great war vessel, wooden and uncompromisingly proud. It had been a powerful ship in its day, though nowadays it does not serve a sea-faring purpose. It's massive hull was painstakingly dismantled and reassembled as the abode in which Lithia Brandon and her crew of Temeos reside, the shape still reflecting the dignified lines of it's once revered and infamous prow.
Lithia's quarters are on the roof of the former ship, the Captain's cabin suiting her tastes and what had once been the deck serving as a strange and wonderful front yard, complete with sporting areas and other recreational activities.
Below this, on two spacious floors that have been redesigned to fit a home rather than cramped storerooms and crew staterooms, are the Temeo's rooms and living areas: offices, bathrooms, shower rooms, toy rooms, gaming room, theater, and other recreational areas.
The first floor, or fourth floor down from the deck, is the gathering area, where guests are welcomed and entertained, and family meals are held.
There is also a basement, but it is more than often locked.

Roleplay Charter
The Players This is how Tori, the greatest creative mind this side of the universe, does his writing thing. Bellatrix's handwriting might look like this. Buster loves the way this color looks in her handwriting! Dent will write like this, now that he has hands and feels comfortable putting his thoughts to paper. The sweet, quiet Random will write in this way, should she ever deign to pick up a journal. For some reason, Novel writes with this flare. If Window has something to say, he'll write it like this.

Crew Log: Tori Entry Number: 1
Looks like Kari and I are going to have a family pretty soon. It's going to be interesting, trying to be a dad despite my inability to grow up. I'm not worried though, which is a bit surprising. It's an exciting prospect, and the idea of sharing a life with Kari is too great a deal maker for me to back out of the whole thing now. Besides, raising a kid can't be that hard, right?
Right now I'm more worried about not being killed by the crazy, hormonal pregnant chick that's been inciting chaos around these parts recently. My own, personal temporary psychopath.
At least, I hope it's temporary.
In other news, Kari and I found a strange little green bottle while we were out in a grassy field. Kari had left her fiery red one out there, but it had been alone. It wasn't quite as alone when she came back for it, and I met her out there and took the green one home with me. Lithia seems excited enough, and this big boat could do with another set of paws.
Gets kinda lonely 'round these parts.
For now, I keep the bottle with me during the day, just to keep an eye on it. I swear, it hates me. It has its own little personality that is, because this is my journal and I can get away with sounding like a complete wuss, scary as hell. I mean, if I didn't know better I would say it was scowling at me, the green stuff that moves around inside it doing so in a condescending manner. And if that tassel had fingers like Lithia, I'm pretty sure it'd be flipping me off near constantly.
I pretty much just keep it close so it doesn't kill me. Friends close, enemies closer and all that.
Lithia takes it at night, and never complains to me about the things I've noticed in it. She thinks I'm crazy, I guess, but I know what I've seen is real. That thing is starting to move, which excites Lithia but brings me nothing but anxiety.
If it turns out to be evil, I hope I have the chance to tell Lithia "I told you so" before it slaughters us both.
-Tori

Looks like Tori found a bottle. He's scared of it, but I think the acidic way it bubbles and the sinister sounds it emits are cute.
I look forward to welcoming whatever, I mean... who ever... pops out into my crew.
Filled with anticipation, -Lithia

Crew Log: Tori Entry Number: 2
Captain Brandon, in her infinite wisdom, decided to take me and the bottle fishing on the lake. Crab fishing. In a small boat. We had one small pot, a cooler of food and drink and a ton of hours to kill. Sitting out in the sun, the humming motor idling in the calm, almost soothing waves of the water, it was actually pretty nice. I'm all for sun bathing, with the proper cautionary measures against burning.
But that damn bottle. I swear, it's... it's evil.
I have no way to prove this, but I'm pretty sure it killed our bait. All I know is we left it sitting next to the bait, which was all quite alive when we started, the small fish swimming in their containers and the worms for fishing rods if we got bored of crustaceans wiggling. I take a nap, Lithia watching over the boat for signs of life in the water, then I hear this hissing. I snap my eyes open and I swear, I'm sure of it, I see this greenish mist fading in the air. And all the bait is dead. I mean, just... lifeless. The bottle did it. I know it did.
I know it.
Lithia didn't believe me, of course, and took the bottle into her lap to keep it away from its 'big, stupid uncle'. What. The. Hell. I'm an inventor and an engineer: I'm anything but stupid. Sure, the common sense is lacking, but come on! I know what I saw.
Anyway, we came back with enough catches to keep Lithia happy, and she took the bottle with her so I'm happy. Not a bad day, by any means. Just... freaky. The longer I spend near that thing the more I realize I -really- don't want to know what will come out of it.
The Captain has it in her room right now, reading to it or singing it a shanty or something ridiculous. I don't know. I don't care. I don't want it near me, so she can go ahead and keep it as long as she wants.
-Tori

Event! Vaporization.
Whether one wanted or not, the bottle seemed to get restless toward the end of the day. With a malicious whistle and a soft hiss, vapor began seeping out, drooping downward as if it was heavy matter. Swirling and quivering, the dark smoke clumped up to form a shape.
Indeed, a new Temeo had emerged.
Congratulations! Your bottle has released the kit dwelling within! If image appears a bottle please refresh.

Congrats to Tori and Kari on their birth! It's a pleasure and an honor to have this little ball... or rather bottle or sunshine in our home!
I hope it brings Cajanic and Kari over more often.
Looking forward to raising a big family, -Lithia

Look at how you've grown! From a gurgling bottle to a growling, clawed, winged menace! Oh, Bellatrix, I think you'll make a fine member of this crew.
Eager to give a tour of the ship, -Lithia

They grow up so fast! Little Buster, you are quite the curious mind. It'll be interesting to see what example Tori will set for his little miniature.
Hoping Bella doesn't eat Buster, -Lithia

Crew Log: Bellatrix Entry Number: 1
I found 'Uncle' Tori asleep in the play room today and learned a couple of interesting things. The first is that he is quite the heavy sleeper. The second is that the support beams in that room are incredibly sturdy. The third is that Tori screams like a girl, and Captain Lithia does not take too kindly to such noises.
I guess I wasn't ready for his reaction once I woke him up. Call me crazy, but I had imagined him acting like a male or something. I wanted him to get angry with me, so I could shut him up by beating his pride down. Screaming was not part of the equation, but I can't say it wasn't hilarious. All I had done was tie his tails together around the support beam. HE was the one that woke up charging, pulling and hurting himself. Yet Captain Lithia settled the fight by asking me to look after Tori's kit. Yeah, okay.
Sure.
Tori protested, saying he didn't want Buster anywhere near me, as if my 'evil' would rub off on her. I don't plan on playing babysitter, so he has nothing to worry about. At least not in the respect that I'll take her under my wing and turn her against him.
I wouldn't waste my time with that weird looking waste of time and space.
I think Uncle Tori is worrying about all the wrong things.

Crew Log: Buster Entry Number: 1
My daddy got in a big fight with cousin Trixi today. I'm not sure what it was about, but daddy ended up making a really loud noise and then got all red and yelled that he had done it on purpose. I asked Lithia if I could go outside to play, since daddy wasn't interested in playing with me, and she said it would be a great idea for me to go on a walk with Trixi!
We walked for a bit, though Trixi didn't seem to want to talk or play with me. She stayed up in the trees, or as far from me as she could. I don't know what I could have done to make her mad, but she kind of got over it long enough to tell me I shouldn't ask people who don't look like me to play. She made me look at her ears and tails, but I don't really know what she meant, and she told me that because I look like I do I might not make any friends.
I guess it is weird having two different colored eyes, but we met someone today that had the same thing! I don't know what Trixi was trying to say, but I'll do my best to learn from her. She's not that much older than me, but she acts so different. I think she's really great!
Even if daddy says she's wicked.
