 WELCOME TO THE PITCH!This game has been HALTED, meaning it will pick up at another date and time. The game will re-start at:

Use the TIME ZONE CONVERTER to help you figure out the correct time according to your time zone!
Last, but not least, the competitors are:GRYFFINDOR vs. SLYTHERINI, Madame Hooch, will be here early to make preparations. At 6:00 pm London time, I'll post "ROLL CALL," and everyone who will be participating, (Players and Captains only) will please make a SINGLE post stating "HERE," YOUR HOUSE, and YOUR POSITION.

As soon as roll has been taken, patiently await the game's beginning, which will be signified when both captains/co-captains post "READY." Afterward, I will immediately toss up the quaffle!
I usually allow about a half an hour leverage time for people to arrive, but PLEASE try to be here on time! If you cannot come, please inform your captain/co-captain!
For those who arrive late, simply state "HERE," YOUR HOUSE and YOUR POSITION, and your corresponding captain/co-captain will give you instruction!

WHEN this thread opens, I am going to ask that it be a numbered thread, including the actual plays by the Quidditch teams, and refereeing calls by Madam Hooch.
At the end of the match, I will roll a random number and the winning number, player OR spectator has their choice of: Wizard's Wand, Magical Girl, or .99 cash worth of items from either the cash shop or the regular stores.
There may be some other draws or prizes awarded as well!

WELCOME TO THE GAME!

It's time for the first game to begin! If all players would kindly provide their House name, their position on the team, and state 'HERE,' in a post we will take roll!
In other words: ROLL CALL!Please post as quickly as you can. I usually give players a good half an hour or more, but I simply won't/can't wait forever. Thank you!

A descent half hour/hour has been given. It's clear that we're not going to have a turn-out.
Therefore, this game has been HALTED until another time. Thank you to those who showed up: (Two people; one the announcer). We'll start this up again another time.

I again say, perhaps it would be better to make a different format of game that can be played over several days, rather then requiring everyone to be here all at once. It's impractical for some...
