Spread below the cascading cliffs of Kitsun are miles of untouched beaches, white-tan sand meeting with the clear blue-green water in graceful perfection. The sun was setting, throwing beautiful rays of light onto the water and onto the shore.

Kiti stands on a boulder at the base of one of the cliffs, staring out into the endless sunset. She's been too busy for this comfort for the last several months, without realizing she's missed it. The sound of the sea crashing against the shore is something that calms her like nothing else, reminding her of a brief period in her life, when she had nothing but the sea.

Slung across Kiti's shoulder is a large bag, and cradled inside were her two new puffs, Infinity and Divinity. They were clutching one another, snuggling happily.

Siempre, Tenshi-Usa, and Mouse were all standing on the shore, paws wet. This was Mouse's first trip to the beach, she was happy that her onee-chan's daughter could come with them, because she looked up to Tenshi-Usa.

The dragon Lieben soars the skies above the cliffs, above the sea itself. She's thrilled to be stretching her wings in her full size, since she usually is restricted to her tiny tern-size. Schon is in the Veilleux's cave, watching over their nest. Schon hadn't been all too interested in their first clutch, but she was more interested in this second clutch.

"Good evening Redin..." Kiti says, walking down the sand toward him, her eyes trained across the water to the sunset. Finally she stops, tearing her eyes away from the waters to call forth a fire.

Lieben nods toward the other dragon respectfully.

Divinity pops her eyes out of the bag, looking toward the young demi-god and her own sisters.

"Indeed," she says, gazing upward to the bright stars just making their nightly debut. Her skirts swirl around her in the still-chilly breeze from off the water. Calling to her three Kitsu-Usas at the shore, she kneels in the damp sand. She gazes out at the two dragons splashing in the water. "Are they doing well? Your dragons?"

Divinity coaxes her brother up and hops from the bag to the sand, where before she knows it she is covered in the sticky stuff. Infinity watches and decides he'd rather fly to their sisters than be covered in... stickies. Once there he hovers just above them, little Divinity hopping slowly after him.

Siempre and the two puppies trace their pawprints back to where Kiti and Redin are. Siempre licks all her grandpuffs, each in turn. (Divinity, Infinity, Azdin, and Zalben are her daughter's children).

Tenshi-Usa catches sight of Red and flits close to him to greet him. His smell reminds her of her father, Luft's. "Good evening," she says lightly, wings holding her just off the ground, her little body shimmering in a near-invisible manner.

Little Mouse just stays close to Kiti, being shy around most everyone, including her baby nieces Azdin and Zalben.

"Good, good... No thanks, we have fruit." She reaches into a front pocket of her puff-pack, pulling a few bits of dried fruit out and arranging them on her lap, coaxing her little Mouse into her lap.

Tenshi purrs, laughs and turns, staring out at her grandparents in the water as they approach the shore.

Infinity swirls after the girls, trying to tag them but not quite fast enough. Divinity hops up and down, fluttering after her siblings, little eyes glittering in the firelight.

"Redin," Kiti continues watching the dragons. "I wanted to talk to you about something. Have your dragons been a bit... jittery... lately? Lieben and Schon have been edgy lately... like they want to be somewhere else. They tell me they're fine, but...."

Mouse snuggles into Kiti's lap cheerfully.

Tenshi-Usa smiles happily to see the faces of her grandparents, and she nuzzles them each in turn, not in the least affected by their huge statures.

Divinity and Infinity merely chase back, tagging randomly.

"Yes, I feel like mine are just the same. I think that once these clutches hatch, we should consider a journey. I feel a little cooped up as well."

"Redin, they're beautiful! Can they lift you?" Kiti knows that a God could levitate himself with little effort, but she knew from experience the difference between flying with the muscles of wings and flying with levitation.

(Tenshi's actually their granddaughter too.) She flutters her small wings cheerfully.

Lieben returns to them, shrinking in size as she approaches, finally she reaches about a large parrot size, and clings to Kiti's shoulder, watching Redin with confusion.

Mouse tries to hide from the big scary wings, cuddling behind Siempre.

She smiles. "Sorry... I can't wait to see them. They are gorgeous."

Tenshi-Usa returns to Siempre and Mouse, kissing her tiny aunt happily.

Lieben croons at Kiti, staring pointedly out at the sea. The sun has pretty much disappeared by now, but the moon is high in the sky. Kiti burys her toes in the sand, thinking.

Divinity and Infinity flutter toward their sisters, wondering why they had paused the game.

((Is that to be the clan name, or the first one you gave me?))

Kiti nods. "It is." She looks around at the Kitsu-Usas, to find most of them sleeping. "Perhaps it's time to part for the evening. Shall we meet back here soon?" She asks, gathering her puffs into their makeshift nest.

Tenshi-Usa nudges Mouse into a basket at the base of the cliff, cuddling her in a corner.

Siempre follows her granddaughter and her baby girl, stepping into the basket as well.
