Catch the wind, see us spin, sail away, leave today, way up high in the sky.

Freddie Mercury and Robert. Two greatest male singers of all time, IMO.

This is really in any order because they each have a different reason

Bruce dickinson (power and range)
Robert Plant (versatility)
Roger Datlery(Emotion and power)
Rob Halford (Because those metal screams are ACTUAL musical notes)
Freddie Mercury (thats a duh the man was phenomenal lol)
Bon Scott (just raw Power)
David Gilmore & Roger Waters (just pure honesty in vocals)

Okay thats it lol

Yeah, unfortunately for a lot of people, the dealbreaker is his voice. :
It's more of an aquired taste.

@Catworshiper - I dunno if you've ever heard Within Temptation. They're pretty much like Evanescence, but not as mainstream, I think. The woman in that band has a pretty good voice too.

Oh, and on the topic of female vocalists,
Anne and Nancy Wilson,
Stevie Nicks,
Grace Slick,
Madonna,
Debbie Harry,
Sandy Denny,
k.d. lang,
Tina Turner,
Christina Aguilera (or however the ******** you spell it),
Marketa Irglova,
Donna Summers,
Dana Fuchs,
and the chicks from ABBA all have pretty good voices.

Was the first bit regards to Geddy? Yeah, but, since there's that Cancon thingy, we hear a good bit of Rush on the radio.

Speaking of Christina Aguilera, did you hear her in Shine a Light? I don't really listen to modern music, so I was stunned...
