My second submission - Alfred the first mate/navigator! He strikes me as the type to make a reliable first mate and so forth. I'll post my final submission here as an edit once it's done. Also, I see your username as blue now too, r_s_boston, so I dunno...maybe it's a Gaia guild thing? *edit* Final submission, since I couldn't find the right gear for Poison Ivy and Catwoman has already been done....I present Captain Scarecrow!

Alright. Thanks for the submissions, Melnoli. And hopefully I'll get more than just two people joining this contest.
And about the blue name thing... it only shows up in Gaia guilds so yeah, it must be guild-related. It's still kinda weird though. But, whatever. Cheers! biggrin

here we go...i wrote a story too! The Dread Pirate "Cat Woman", the most feared Leader of an all female ship:  No one has ever seen her face bare but her First Mate, whom she saved from a slave ship when she was a child Her first mate "Ivy" or "Poison Ivy" by those who come up against her Captain. Some call her a witch, stolen from the coast of Ireland. Some say she can control plants, even the ones growing deep in the ocean. Others spout stories of her commanding Sea Weed to grow and cover assaulting ships, dragging them to the depths of the sea floor:  Suprisingly, the most feared of all the crew was more like a pet among them. She was a Rabid, Ferel thing, without conscious or feeling, she struck with a certainty and a sureness. She lived to please Captain, regardless of how bloody a job she was given. She was the Disposer of Problems, she was a "Jynx" to those she came up against:  redface i may have made the last one up....but i thought... redface

Oh, er, I guess I should give some feedback, huh? Actually, to be honest, I really like pretty much everything I've seen so far-- you guys are awesome. And if I could get just one more person to join in this contest I'd start adding to my favorites list in the first post. (So she says.)
