My boyfriend just bought WoW. . . and up until this point, I thought that I hated the game. . . but now that I´ve actually had a chance to play it, I´m addicted. . . trouble is, with it being the end of the semester and all, I really don´t have enough time to play it! gonk
So, since I´ll be stuck at the campus library for about 2 hours tonight while my boyfriend is at his film lab, I was going to break my time down like this:
30 minutes WoW, Draenei character 30 minutes of working on my paper 30 minutes WoW, Orc character 30 minutes of working on my paper
Sound fair? rofl

Or you not play at all til you're done.
One of my Guild Officers(I'm the GM of MJOLNIR on Cairne US) is off for two weeks cuz of finals. And I encourage it. Lol.
School before games.

The schedule is good, as long as you can stick to it. xd For me, I just can't do that because I get so distracted... And usually during that 30 minutes of working on your paper, you won't get much done because you'll be focusing on WoW and how much you want to play it. (For me at least)

Hmm well you're better than me I'd say screw studying and play the game I never study for anything lol I just pay attention(there I'm lying) do the work(not homework of course) and pass the tests (surprisingly enough). I think I can kinda remember the things I hear pretty well. But ne'wayz that sound pretty fair to me biggrin

I would never stick to that schedule 30 minutes would become a few hours. I have horrible study skills and no self control. xd
Good luck getting your work done.

Huh... well... lesseee.... I say not play until you're done with your paper. Most straightforward way.
...I shouldn't be talking though since I'm here.

That sounds fair. xD When it comes to writing reports, I open up the word document program thing, go back to the internet, and never come back. Then I end up writing the whole thing after two hours. ;P I study okay and get grades in the nineties. So I'm pretty good.

Back in the days when I had easy classes in junior high, I didn't have to study or do homework. In fact, every weekend, my friends and I would hang out until midnight. But now as a high school junior with Accelerated/Honors/AP classes, I study 2 hours per AP class, 1 hour per Honors, and 30 mins per Acclerated. So for me, its a total of 5 hours and 30 minutes of studying 5 days a week. Not to mention, I also have to do homework. Not making a commitment or applying yourself really does reflect. Now I rarely even get out of the house if I'm not going to school!
What's sad is that in summer school, many of the students are students who failed their AP classes.
...so after all my boring talk...here's my point: Even if you want to play, make sure you set your solid boundaries and manage your time wisely. I would not suggest playing between homework/study sessions, because human nature often tells you, "Oh, one more round..." and it'll keep going. I would think its better if you do this:
1 hour of working on your paper 10 minute break (drink some water, eat) 1 hour of working on your paper (finish) ...Play all you want...until you feel sleepy...
