This is the Takigakure training grounds. It is a large field of grass with a large bed of water in the center and around it. Nearby is a cliff where the water flows down into a waterfall down into a stream.
Come here to train, spar against friends, or foes, rivals whatever, do your best, make your Rai-sama proud.
