I was wondering how fast the pages load for you on your computer. How do you access the internet (Dial Up, Cable, DSL ?) And do you know your speed ? You can check your speed here:

You have to choose a server before the test.
My answers:
Sometimes the pages load fast like everywhere else. But sometimes they go so slow, and I don't know why ? I get my internet through "Cable". I just checked my speed, and its 4908 kbps Download, and 487 kbps upload.

I wouldn't be able to tell cause im borrowing my neighbor's internet. - they dont have a WEP code, lucky me -
My mother cancelled my internet.

I'm on cable and my pages seem to run pretty fast on here.
Download Speed: 5338 kbps (667.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 1617 kbps (202.1 KB/sec transfer rate)

Mine loads at a decent speed most of the time. But sometimes it can be slow.
Download Speed: 5350 kbps (668.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 1632 kbps (204 KB/sec transfer rate)

I know that most other sites go from page to page way faster than here. I have also noticed an increase after buying a monthly collectable. I wonder if those who "Donate" get onto better servers ? I know myinbox has increased.

Heres something else I noticed. I usually have 3 to 4 "Tabs" of GAIA going in 1 window of "Internet Explorer". And days when I'm here for hours on end, the time getting from page to page gets longer and longer. I found that if I log out and close my browser, then reopen it and log in again, everything moves faster after that. I have also noticed an improvememt by deleteing "Temporary Pages" every few days !!! Please post anything you know that helps, and any problems your aware of !!! Thanks !!!

Are just learned that "Mozilla/Firefox" is way faster here !!!
I don't have to wait as long as I did using "Internet Explorer" !!!

They load moderately fast,
If I wasnt so far from the modem they would load faster.
-ya i use firefox.
my connection speed is supposed to be 45mbps,
but im far from the modem so its ussually 11
