Ok I'm playing AWL and its not that I'm stuck... I just can't figure two things out.
When I first started, I found this thing called "quiet winter" and I found out that its a record. Can I sell it or does it do something or have a purpose? (If it does don't tell me what it is I'd like it to be a surprise)
Also, I have found recipies (I think...) but I can't use them. Like in the Inner Inn when you click on the fake plants it has a recipie. How can I use them? The options I have are still only the salade and soup. Its still my first year and its the 6th day of fall. I really want to know where I can find a recipie for cheese because I know Rock likes that.
Help?

I haven't gotten that yet. I just got the game and first started playing it Sunday... but I haven't had much time to play. I just got a Star bull for my cow (its a normal one so I hope it works) So I'll have to save up all over again. How much is that room again?

Thanks! I'll be sure to write that down. I love harvest moon so much, but I don't really know much about it. I'm good in FOMT though. I can't seem to make Elli like me anymore though. She's already got a purple heart but no blue feather in sight.

Purple?that's the second stage right?there are like eight in total.the only way you can marry her is if you see all her heart events for the color her heart is.

well did you see her black heart event?if not go to the clinic at 9 am on a monday or a wednesday to see it.and for the purple one go to the clinic at 9 am to 7pm on a thursday,saturday,or sunday and you should see it

Really? Cool. I just started playing again a lot recently to tell you the truth. I got it back in september but school kinda filled me up and I played here and there but... I never really could get very far. Its my 2nd year and winter is right around the corner. I'm trying to get a bigger chicken coop.
