Rhpasody was glaring at a partridge, it had avoided her efforts for the past 15 minutes and she was well, getting frustrated. As the partridge took off Rhapsody dashed after it, her dark mane billowing behind her. As time goes on, she chases the Partridge into Loki territory, but as the partridge flies up she rams into something, a fafner?

"Ergh!" Requiem grunted when this random figure bumped onto him. He had been observing a small venus flytrap devour a tiny fly, and he almost collapsed onto it on the impact, but managed to keep his distance from squishing the small plant. "Mm? You alright there, madam?" He noticed her long, dark mane assumed that this was a female, possibly a nearby clan to Loki. It would be impossible for her to be in Loki though...He had never seen this femme anywhere else...

"AH! I'm so sorry,so so sorry sir! Are you alright?" She blushed, it was the fafner she had seen several times, and whom she had developed a crush on at first sight. "It was my fault, I was chasing this partridge and it flew right over your head, and I attemped to jump and and pin it down and I must've stumbled on something as I leaped and fell short." She said in a rush of breath. "My name is Rhapsody. I'm a hunter from the Attila clan, and you?"

"I'm okay, Miss Rhapsody. I am...Requiem, a sentinel from Loki." He brushed her mane softly, then looked sternly for a moment. "...." He took from her mane a few feathers. "It's not your fault. But the only thing I'm worried about is that you're safe." He smiled, then placed the feathers beside his small plant.

"Thank you very much, Sir Requiem. But are you sure you're all right?" She followed his paws to where he lay the feathers. "Is that a venus flytrap?" she said with wide eyes "I've only heard about them from harvesters! Is it true that they only eat insects?

Requiem was smiling. It's been a long while since he had been so open. "Yes, I'm fine. And yeah, this is a Venus Flytrap. True, they're quite rare, though.He paused a bit to catch up. "Mm hmm, she does find a bug to eat every once in a while." He then finally winked and added something. "You can drop the 'sir', Miss."

She gave a slight chuckle, "But only if you drop the miss...Requiem"she paused to let the name slip off her tongue. "So I'm guessing the venus fly trap is very unique? There are no other plants similar to it?"

"It's a vulnerable plant, but it doesn't appear to be a native plant around these parts. It has many relatives, like...." Requiem looked at the Flytrap before him that finally opened its mouth, revealing within the yellowish-green jaws...were a mouth of a red much like the insides of a grapefruit. "Ah, like for example, another species of Flytraps, the Bohemian Garnet." He poked the flytrap gentlywith his paw, then watched fix a 'stern look' at him. "They're all just spread out like most families, that's all."

She gave a slight smile and looked at the clouds pass by, "Speaking of relatives...Do you have any siblings Requiem?" she asked flicking her eyes toward him.

"I'm sorry if I've offended you" she looked away, a slightly hurt look in her eyes. But she looked back at him, with a questioning gaze. "Ayamesa?" she said curiously.

"There are more traps growing...." He moved the soil a bit to reveal a few small shoots sprouting from the ground. "See? Ayamesa won't be as lonely anymore." He smiled cheerfully.
