Fauna poured her thoughts over the last few occurances. For now she was fine but it felt like anything could happen at any moment. Maybe this was a dream. That would make everything much easier to explain. Anyway, for now she was just going to go with the flow and trust some greater force to watch over her. With a sigh she followed behind her sister as they made their way to the nusrey. This wouldn't be easy...
Flora smiled warmly and knocked a front paw against the door. Sticking her head in she noticed that the fluffs and children were looking bored, but they appeared to be ready to go. Her smile grew and she moved her way slowly inside to a chorus of questions and squeeky voices.
Nemo raised his head and smiled to Flora and Fauna. He wasn't sure who was who but he knew that must be who they were. He added his voice cheerfully to the chorus of children's voices but stopped when some other adult fafner entered. He liked to examine their different pelts, a rainbow of colors and patterns.
Mortimer smiled to the children, her own included and walked around the group to make sure that they were ready and willing. She packed a lot of good food for the group, but wasn't sure about the adults.
Bandit snorted. This was stupid, this whole thing. He had only come to find a sparing partner and now the whole place was crowded and loud. They were going on some sort of field trip but he wasn't quite interested. Bound to be a snorefest.

Ana grinned wide and weaved her way over to her mother. "Hello mommy." She said and sat beside her, paying close attention to Flora and Fauna while scenting all that food her mother had packed.
Flora stood at the front of group and waited until most of the children were quiet and looking her way, which took a while. But finally it happened and she began to speak. "Good morning!" This was responded to with a chorus of shouts from the boys. "We are going to be going to the Shores of Aegis for tonight and tomorrow. Then we will return before night fall tomorrow." She waited for the shouts of excitment to die down again before continuing. "You have all been assined a chapperone and will stay with that adult. If you fail to do this the future children will not be allowed to make this trip. Understand?" She waited for them to obidiently respond yes before going on. "Alright everyone! If you don't know your chapperone ask myself, my sister, or Mortimer over there. Get into your groups!" This caused an outbreak of movement and more excitement. She steped away and waited for the questions and her own group.

Ana stayed close to her mother, considering she was her team leader for the whole trip. This made Ana very happy, she loved being around her mother. And plus she knew Theo would be in her group if he decided to come along for the trip.
Bandit frowned and made his way over to his "leader" or something like that. I wouldn't be listening to her anyway but whatever. He spotted some male children in the crowd and couldn't wait to find him sparring partner and future rebel friend. He stood a ways away from Fauna and glared at some of the girlier fluffs.
Nemo smiled at the others and made his way over to Fauna. He checked in with her, told her his name, and went to sit by an emo looking child who was glaring at the ladies. He frowned now but didn't say a word.

Kai gave a slight grin, she couldn't wait for the field trip! She loved exploring and going to new places, and being she was planning to be a Sentinel when she grew up, she had to know her way around right? All her siblings were going as well, and her mother being a chaperone herself, she would surely be with her mother...wouldn't she?
Rhapsody dashed over a log, with only one thought in her mind "I'm late, I'm late I'm LATE!". There was a field trip today and Flora and Fauna(darn their persuasive powers) had persuaded her to become a chaperone. As she dashed into the nursery her mane slightly wind blown, she composed herself to greet the fluffs in her group and the other chaperones.

 Nano frowned and followed his sister, felling like she wasn't paying attention to him. Suddenly "Mr.Lonely" started playing the back ground and he knew that his feels were betrayed once more by his music. He groaned and sprawled out on the groud trying to change the music. Finally he got it settled on "New Slang", a fairly nutural song. He followed behind Rhapsody again.

Rhapsody ran over to Flora to find out who her group was, she had forgotten in the rush, but hopefully, HOPEFULLY, Nano would be in her group and he wouldn't get into trouble.

Flora smiled to Rhapsody. "You'll be a group leader with my sister if you don't mind. Nano is with you as well." She grinned and nodded over to Fauna.
Fauna grinned momenttaryily and went back to making sure she had all the children, which she didn't. "Let's see, Sir Bandit, check, Nemo, check, Nano, check."

  Theo waved his tail, leading the way as Sonata trailed behind eagerly. An adventure! Exploring! So many possibilities...
"Are you excited, Theo?" Sonata piped up. Theo nodded and smiled, running up to their mother.
"Are we with you, Mom?" he asked, although he probably already knew the answer. He looked around, watching all the other children. Kai and Ana were there, and so was Bandit, as well as two other 'older' boys who Theo didn't know. He did, however, hear music playing in the background... it was odd, how the song seemed to follow the silvery child around. Sonata hummed along.
"I love this song," she said, "where's it coming from?"
Theo shrugged. "The silver Fafner, over there" he noted, gesturing towards him. "It's following him around"
Sonata glanced at him, then scanned her surroundings. Her mother had said that they would be going down to the Shores of Aegis, and she'd never been there before. What an excellent opportunity to learn the landscape even further!

Mo smiled at her children and said, "Theo you are with me but... Sonnie is with Flora over there." She nodded to a black fafner with red flowers on her pelt who stood near the front of the room. "Don't be afraid, she's very kind." Mortimer nudged Sonnie forward and then went about to checking to make sure she had everyone. "Well let's see. I've got you two. Kai and Sonnie are with Flora, Bandit and the children are with Fauna..." I think we're missing a few but this may be all the children that showed up. She shook her head, they were certainly missing out.
Bandit smiled his lopsided smile and wandered over to the other two children. "Hello. I'm Sir Bandit, but Bandit will do." He looked them up and down. "You must be Nemo and Nano." He raised an eyebrow. "I s'pose we can be friends."
Nano blinked once, twice, and his song changed. Now it was "My Friends" and it sounded quite a bit more emo than the last one. "Sure." He mumbled, his voice sounding melodramatic to the tone of the song.
Nemo nodded enthusiasticly, not having many friends himself. He was glad that his dad let him come, maybe Bandit would like to play later. "we can play!" He announced happily.
Ana smiled at Theo, she always loved her older brother. "Tho we can share a house!" She turned to her mother and looked confused, "we will have houses right mama?"
Fauna smiled. She had msot of her group. Unless any other children showed up then these three were it! Awesome.
Flora smiled at Kai and Sonnie. "You are with me right?" She asked, checking her list. "Okay we're almost ready to go!" But her thoughts drifted to thoughts of Kayestriel... man she wished he was here.

Sonata bounced over to her chaperone, eyes full of curiosity.
"You're Flora?" she asked, looking up at the graceful female that her mother had pointed out to her.
Theo giggled slightly. "I... I don't think we'll manage to find houses there, Ana. I mean, we'll be out in the middle of the wilderness, and it's not like we can carry our huts there. I think we might be sleeping under the stars tonight" he speculated, smiling. Stargazing was one of his favorite activities... he could point out the North Star and Ursa Major if anyone asked him, as well as several others. Theo's tail twitched in excitement.

Flora nodded to the young one and shrugged. It appeared no one else was coming. She motioned to Mortimer and Fauna and then stepped lightly outside. It was still a little sunny but they had to get going at once or else they would loose all sunlight before they got there. Picking up a pack daintily in her teeth she nodded to the other adults and the huge line of fafner made their way to the shores of Aegis.
