This is the Cell Assignment Room. Prisoners are escorted here by a guard at all times. The only times a prisoner comes here is RIGHT AFTER meeting the Warden or her Mistress/Master. That way the cell assignement can be documented and monitored. Also, if there is a conflict with the current cellmate, a prisoner can plead their case and request a new cell.
