It has been announced by Konami that there will be a Gunmetal Grey PS3 Limited Edition PS3 for MGS4, however they have been secretive on whether it will be similar to the Japanese version, the 40 gig model, or the 80 gig model that is currently exclusive to North America.
It is worth noting this is NOT to be confused with the Sony MGS4 bundle. 3nodding
Meaning a developer has gone ahead, and declared an additional SKU for the PS3, with Sony's permission. It is also worth noting that it is a "very very limited edition" 3nodding

I'm sure it will likely be the 40GB model. Sony is probably stocking up as many 80GB's as possible so not to come up short for the demand come June.

I just wish retailers would pre-order for it already. I'm REALLY wanting to get this bundle, and don't have the ability to camp out for it.
I'll be there at Target at midnight if I have to, but I have a 9-5 job for christ's sake. I hope I don't have to bother.

Just makes sure you get the bundle you want, the Konami bundle is very limited. If its the 40 gig model, I dont think that would be a big problem, I think more and more people are getting into the 40 gig model, as its still possible to get a brand new PS2 for cheap.
PTV is likely right, I think Sony is likely hording more then a few 80 gigs. You have to realize just how lucky North America is, to have the option ot by the high end model if you want. No one else gets that anymore.
